The size of the room was cool but would have been better if the jacuzzi was there like it was in the picture when I purchased the room on booking.com someone needs to update that I was highly upset. I don’t want to go back because the Jacuzzi is not there I don’t think the price I paid was worth Liki tiki without the jacuzzi tub in the room. If I would have known that sooner I would’ve never booked. Then the jacuzzi that was available in the common area was filled with kids just think for the price I paid I could’ve went somewhere else more exciting the lagoon didn’t even have that many slides. I did like that my 4 year old could enjoy herself in the kiddos area.

That the jacuzzi was not in the room. Like why did yal take them out and lied on booking.com like they were still available. No more family trips there. I feel like the money I paid was not worth the room or the small ass lagoon

A bit moldy in our room - smell.

Love having a townhouse to ourselves where we can stock the fridge and freezer with groceries instead of going out to eat all the time. Also loved that the staff was understanding and allowed us to get two extra wristbands for a single day because we had to watch two nephews due to family emergency. So the nephews got to swim and play with our kids. Love having laundry services of our own as having little kids often requires it.

1 or 2 of the Central pool gates wouldn't open with card from outside, so we had to walk around to another gate. Screen door hinge piston broke off and the replacement put on it limited the door to only open About half way, and would slam the door super fast, so it was hard to get in and out after that and a little dangerous for our little kids. The TV in the living room downstairs had something wrong with the setup and the sound was like it was inside a Can but the TVs in the two rooms upstairs sounded fine.

Well maintained, nice stuff, a lot of things to do

If you’re staying in one of the old buildings in a family room with the pull out sofa you won’t get much sleep. They’re really outdated, uncomfortable and extremely noisy.

Facility was very clean, pool areas very nice. The units were clean, housekeeping was very good and they came every 3-4 days which we had not expected, that was nice. Beds were comfortable. Laundry in the units was great. Lots of security, we felt safe. Check in and check out was easy and staff friendly and pleasant.

The unit we were in was very clean but well used. The couch and kitchen chairs were well used and worn. They are re-doing the units, we were in an older unit. We would like to see the bbq grills closer to the units for easier access, we had to walk a distance to use them, and they could have more of them.

Upon arrival the systems were down so they couldn’t find the room. They took my information down on paper and told us to enjoy the amenities while they figured out which room we were in. I asked how long it would take to figure out, after being in a car for 17 hours we just wanted to brush our teeth and relax. I was told roughly a hour. No problem things happen. After 2 hours I decide we should go check on an update. Shocking they don’t have one. The manager gets involved and starts figuring it out. They ended up upgrading our room, which I am very thankful for. Once the manager was involved everything seemed to be handled in a timely manner. Once the systems were back up and running everything seemed to run smoothly. I appreciated the texts with things that were happening at the hotel. We would come back as a family.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped. We enjoyed the 3 different pools, the jacuzzi, and the barbecue. My kids enjoyed the Lagoon pool the most, with the slides and all.

My son is in a wheelchair and we asked for an adaptable unit. They gave us one, but it was not fully adaptable. Starting with the heavy front door which is impossible to open by someone in a wheelchair. Also, there were no disabled parking spots in front of this unit and only 2 disabled parking spots near this unit, which were always full. Beware of their invitation to a timeshare meeting they push in front of you the moment you are checking in. They kind of caught us off guard and we agreed. Although they did give us the gift card they promised just for going (we said no), it was not a nice experience. And please don't fall for it. Read the online reviews first.

It was clean and they had scheduled activities for the family to enjoy on certain days. The staff were friendly.

Check in was for 1600 and we had driven over 2 hours and did not end up getting checked in until 1630. I was exhausted and my children were too. When I inquired on accommodation for late check in I was informed all I can give you is time for time. When I informed that having a late checkout would not suffice as we had to return home at a scheduled time no other accommodations were offered. As a valued member I expected the situation to have been handled in a different manner, but it was not.

Everything was nice very kid friendly full kitchen to cook in

We recently stayed at this resort for 3 weeks and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The resort is situated in a prime location, just a short drive away from Disney parks and the city of Orlando. The room we stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the abundance of activities and recreational facilities offered by the resort, including three well-maintained swimming pools, a gym, and tennis courts. The staff was always available to assist with any questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. One feature that I particularly appreciated was the stable and strong WiFi signal throughout the resort, making it an ideal choice for those who need to balance work and leisure. Overall, our 3 week stay at this resort was unforgettable. The resort met our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in a prime location, with the added benefit of a stable and strong WiFi connection.
