Used pool to relax and could hardly hear my wife in our conversation over the loud voice of a couple other guest speaking in a loud foreign language. It was overpowering and that may be their custom but they did not care about others. Always like the breakfast especially fruit. Thank you!

Made reservation direct with the facility at first started awkward, selected a king room on website for about $79/nt and the facility said the rate was like $98/nt. Said I am on your website right now looking at $79/nt. The person then said ok how about $89/Nt? I said look at your website right now and see what I am talking about. The person then said ok how about $83/nt. So I said if you won't honor your website price then I will go with the $83/nt rate. When I checked out the statement was for $79/nt. This gave the facility a bad image and especially when the desk employee would not look at their website but kept haggling. Very poor choice of treating a long time customer of over 30 years.

Unbeatable location practically right next to the main entrance of the everglades and aligator farm, plus to the north Miam is close by and to the south Key largo it's also very close. The courtyard around the pool is great with many tables, sofas and sitting areas for hanging out and eat by the pool, includes shaded areas so is perfect to relax and unwind with families in between visiting of all the nearby places, can even come "home" (to the hotel) for lunch and break in between exploring the everglades or miami/keys in the morning and everglades in the afterrnon, by car there are supermarkets and italian and cuban restaurants nearby at affordable prices, easy to transport bags inside your room, easy to park, very convenient overall

pool could be heated, side entrances to the courtyard from the parking lot could be gated and enter by key only so we'd feel better in letting the kids roaming around in an neighborhood area that is a bit sketchy

I stayed at this hotel with my family (2 adults and 2 children) for one night. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of both sweet and savory options. There’s a beautiful pool, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. There are many restaurants and fast food chains nearby that have agreements with the hotel. Great location for visiting Everglades National Park.

The air conditioner should be replaced with a more modern and silent one. The windows cannot be opened for proper air circulation and fresh air.

The staff was amazing! Upon checking in we noticed several things needed tending to, most especially the air conditioning, and no light in the bathroom. The front desk sent the maintenance guy to our room and he replaced the entire thing, along with a new light fixture. The breakfast was amazing! The beds and pillows were wonderful!

The rooms need some attention. I would think housekeeping would tell the manager when something needs to be fixed, like no light in our bathroom. Or have a plan in place to attend to damaged or worn out furnishings. Not the case. The upholstery on the chairs needs to be replaced. See pic. BW you are better than this.

I absolutely loved everything about the property. Very clean inside and out, staff was very pleasant especially the one young lady cleaning up after everyone during breakfast ( 7-20 7-21 ) she helped catch the waffle line up due to some folks and children not being so pleasant, she did it with a big smile, she kept the whole dining area very clean and again with a smile, I made a comment about how I loved the smell and she smiled again. Sweet lady she was. 😃. I just loved our couple days there and BTW, breakfast was amazing and my family and I thank you all so much for an amazing couple of days. We will positively be staying there again when we travel down that way.

There wasn’t one single thing we didn’t like.

Without exception every single employee we encountered was absolutely lovely—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, our room by the pool was spacious, very clean, the onsite pool was lovely and refreshing and the onsite laundry facilities were great to have available All in all, a great stay and one we’d gladly return to or recommend!

The only thing that we didn’t like was the breakfast - it was very limiting and very little left when we got there at 7.45am

I love this place! I like the location, it's right next to Key Largo. There are more restaurants, and stores than I can count, and they are so close. There are beautiful trees and plants around the property including the pool area. The vibe is especially cool. Everyone is so nice. The employees work hard and are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's amazing. Thank you very much.

I think the bathroom could use updating, and the guest laundry could be larger.

Loved this hotel! Exactly what we needed for our Everglades, Upper Keys vacation. Honestly, the property exceeded our expectations. The beds were extra comfortable, room was clean, and the breakfast was better than I thought it would be. The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the Everglades National Park entrance and 30 minutes or so to Key Largo where we had a great snorkel experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Location was excellent for heading off to the Keys. Room was large and clean, staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from

Rooms were very dated, needs a refurb, they were very dark inside. Didnt like the fact it was a motel style where anyone can walk up to your room, prefer a hotel but thats just personal preference, didnt realise when i booked but would still recommend

The hotel is located perfectly if you plan to visit Everglades National Park and/or Key West. The breakfast was nice, the staff very friendly.

The AC is extremely loud, so if you have troubles with sleep, I recommend using earplugs. It is also located next to the main road with lots of food chain restaurants which might be a little smelly. No elevator available, so think twice before taking a room on the first floor if you have big luggage.
