This was the best hotel I stay in so far I have stay in other's nothing like this one I recommend anyone to come here it's very clean every one nice and helpful they greet you and you don't see that in other places

I don't have anything bad to say like I say nice place and high security that I love I haven't had any problems at all and the the front desk was very helpful and nice if I had any questions they was there to help always I like that

The property is clean, and the staff is warm and very welcoming, room was clean and fresh aesthetics, I stayed here for six night and my stay was perfect still wondering how they managed to run a hotel like this so affordable.

The only concern I had was why there is no microwave in the room but now I understand that the guest was stealing them so the good have to suffer for the bad.

Room 104 was excellent 👌 front desk staff were great. Shout out to Nicole and the rest of team

The first room we got with was room 200 was poorly but the front desk staff quickly gave us another room

It was clean the staff was friendly it was quiet for most of the park and maintenance help me fix certain things that was in my original room and gave me a new room while my trip was at the plaza hotel overall it's a great bargain and stay for the price what

I didn't like the noise in the hallway after you go to sleep at night did did the property meet your expectations

They had lots of security lots of camera lots of employees there quick to accommodate and he needs that you have and the guy with the gold chain is very professional of what he do they are very organized and establish business and everything is huge they have give shop and everything is near everything

Nothing everything was perfect God bless them

The staff go above & beyond at all times, genuinely friendly with exceptional customer service skills

I have no complaints, anything that I could say could use improvement, they are already working on as they are rebuilding currently- however their ongoing construction doesn't interfere with the guests stay

The room was clean The bed was comfortable The bathroom was spotless There is a good hot and cold water pressure I got lucky I had a microwave in room #237

I got that room the staff gave me a room without a coffee maker but with a broken TV, another room I was offered had no refrigerator, so the place appears to be dysfunctional, hallways are trashed by guests but staff doesn't bother to clean it up

The Location was ok

The Hotel Reception lobby area laminate flooring was coming apart. The bedroom walls floor bathroom floor and shower towels were extremely durty. The laminate flooring in the bed room was has if the had some flooding and the flooring was swelling and coming apart very badly. We sat down in the hotel lobby and we got our bag stolen by one of the guess who was very toccicated. We got our bag back. The hotel was told by the taxi driver when leaving the hotel on arrival couldn't spend 1 night there was for the homeless. The pic the use to advertised the hotel must be a very old phote when hotel was just open. I wouldn't recommend. I honestly think booking.com should remove this hotel from there page. My daughter and myself didn't feel safe in that hotel.

I spent a lot of time in the pool and I enjoyed the service provided by Martin the bartender. He always went the extra mile in making sure we were taken care of. The drinks he made were amazing, definitely would say he’s the best bartender I’ve came across. Very friendly guy makes you feel welcomed and wanting to stay more days.

I liked that the room was spacious and clean, and we felt safe here. Most importantly we loved the staff. Jay, the manager, Justin the head of security, and other gracious staff who helped with the remote (technically challenged, haha) were all exceptional.

We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill. There isn’t anything that stands out as a negative.
