⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. My room was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night’s rest. The location is very convenient — close to dining options, shopping, and easy access to the interstate. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and felt safe during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the coffee was just what I needed to start my day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Gainesville. Excellent service, great value, and a comfortable stay — I’ll definitely be back!

A renovated hotel felt warm and inviting. Our room was clean and generously sized. The breakfast area was pleasant, offering a variety of options ( hot selection, eggs, fruits, oats, bagels etc). Occasionally it could get quite crowded, rise early to enjoy a more peaceful breakfast. The bed was comfortable , although I personally prefer a firmer mattress. Room service didn't work for us, and we had to go and get an extra towels ourselves. Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive. I would consider returning to this hotel in the future.

Very nice large and comfortable room. Large bathroom. Good lighting in room. I had suggested during my last stay that the fans be turned off in the breakfast room to insure the food stayed hot and I stayed warm. I noticed the fans were turned off and it was a much better dining experience. Large parking lot. Very nice staff. Lots of restaurants in the area.

One of the TV channels had another channel that you could hear as a backdrop. So, double voices on one of the channels. Sorry, but not sure which one now. Didn't make a note of it.

The room I stayed in was very spacious and beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed how comfortable everything felt. I'm really particular on cleanliness, so I'm happy my room was virtually spotless. As a bigger guy, I enjoy firm beds and there was a good amount of firmness for me (both with the bed and having pillows that don't sink in). The hardwood floors were a very nice touch.

Nothing, to be honest. I did have some issues connecting to the wifi, but the staff were truly top notch in helping me get connected. I appreciated how they checked on me to make sure I was settled in, which was a very thoughtful thing. I had an exceptional stay and would absolutely revisit.

They have a choice of hot drinks available in the lobby at all times: tea, coffee and cocoa. The hotel has a stocked vending machine by the laundry facilities, which only required $1 in quarters for each: washer and dryer. Breakfast was the best we have had in our trip. The gym was nice. I requested extra towels at the front desk and a smiling staff member brought them up to our room within 5 minutes! The price is reasonable. Check-in was smooth. Check-out is at noon! The staff I interacted with: Glenyse and Cassie were courteous and efficient; so was the manager: Kim. The hotel contacted me when I left my sandals behind upon check-out. This hotel has beautiful, clean facilities and rooms AND superb customer service. I would stay there again in a heartbeat 💗!

I missed a choice of yogurt in the breakfast lineup. I saw a mold stain in the shower wall. See picture. We could not find cold water, until we asked the manager, who let us use the closed breakfast area.

The room was clean, the beds and pillows super comfortable. Pool open until midnight was a nice feature for our kids. Breakfast was fresh, hot and really good. The best thing that it was open from 6am, very convenient for early travelers like us.

The only issue we had was that other guests with kids are intentionally (or so I was told at the reception) all put up to the same floor, and we had a family who checked in to the room next door just before 2am and were very loud, yelling and running until 3am. It was impossible to sleep and very irritating. I know the hotel cannot stop the kids from yelling, but it would be nice that people were reminded about the quiet time at those hours and respect for other guests.

My sons needed a place to stay during their transition from the old apartment to their new one, and once again, Country Inn & Suites by Radisson was the perfect choice. Luciano was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions during my call. The staff is always friendly, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. This level of service is exactly why we’ve been loyal guests at your hotel since 2014, when my sons first started college in Gainesville. Thank you for your continued hospitality!

Conveniently located close to restaurants, gas and stores. The front desk staff was very friendly, courteous and professional!

Taking in consideration that check out time was 12 pm, I kept sleeping or tried to sleep the morning; however, the cleaning staff started knocking on my door at 8 am and at 10 am they opened it. The safety lock stopped them to enter the room. I complained at the front desk at time of departure. I have never encountered such a thing from any hotel around the world. It was not a pleasant experience.

The bed are comfy and the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and the lady at breakfast was so friendly. The food wasn't bad at all. Would recommend staying here!

Didn't understand why we had a king room with a pull out couch and didn't have extra pillows and. Blankets fior it. Had to call the front desk and I had to come get them. I felt like they should be in the room or they should have brought them to me.

Very clean. Liked the wooden floor planks in our room Great reception. Good breakfast. Lots of restaurants to choose from located near the hotel. Very definitely would stay at this property again.

This was a room with an adjoining room and the couple who occupied the adjoining room were loud and we felt like they were in our room. All fans in the breakfast area were set on high and it was "cool" dining.
