The setting, and the atrium has places to sit and relax. Also no microwave available in the room. You Must come down to the front desk. Great location plenty restaurants and sights to see. Front desk staff 5*

Breakfast is excellent, but 14.99 per adult and 10.99 for a child. Given the breakfast is 5* -the oatmeal is perfect. But if you are a family of 5 or more that can be pricey. Especially for the price you pay per room.

The location is great being close to UF and close to the interstate and lots of nearby restaurants.

There were some cosmetic things that could have been improved like the tile near the elevator near the main Libby had chipped tiles. Inside the elevator, on the black alligstor print wallpaper had a bunch of what looked like cut marks (someone vandalizing my guess.). In our room one of the front doors of a peuece of cabinet looked like it had a big water stain damage. The carpet was a bit dingy as well.

bed was comfy and I liked having a restaurant/bar onsite.

I didn't like that there wasn't a free breakfast (even a basic breakfast with juice, bagels, muffins, etc) would have been nice.

I did not get the opportunity to explore the entire hotel and its facility. Just slept one night and checked out. So, I do not have much feedback to offer other than the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Enjoyed the fact that there were dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the shower.

The price for the room.

Closer to our relatives. Very expensive stay. $1,600 for three days? We spent a much lower price in other hotels. Ocala is a twenty minute drive with hotels as nice, quiet, but much much cheaper.

Just too high a price.

The hotel was nice.

Difficult to access. Poor road signage. When I signed in they told me my card was declined. Talked to the card company and was told the information they input was incorrect. Today I received an alert that doubletree was attempting to use my card

Convenient to location for our sporting event. Property all around was clean.

Breakfast was pricey for what was served. We ate at a near by restaurant (two people) for less than one persons cost at the hotel.

The location was close to everything. The staff was very professional, friendly and fantastic.

The tile floor in the bathroom looked dirty because the tile was dark and the shower water ran past the middle of the room.

Friendly staff and they always smiled! Still have not figured out why there was a huge chalkboard mounted on the wall in my room! Forgot to ask!

Only in hotel two nights and in first room first floor right off of lobby. Could hear everything and every person who walked by loud and clear. Loud A/C unit in room.

Staff was very responsive to our requests for a luggage rack and hair dryer - neither of which were in the room. Both were delivered quickly after we asked for them. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast was very ample and well done.

Had to ask for a hair dryer & luggage rack. Although the room was clean, the carpet is tired and stained in some places.
