I was there with my son for the hurricane and the staff was really nice and helpful with anything I needed. locating me close to the outside for my dog. Location worked out well as everything I needed was close and they have an onsite pool and that the most important thing to him lol! Breakfast food was good but was not included.

the breakfast ordeal. I thought it was annoying to have to pay for it. However, it was actual good cooked per order. I have no problem paying a little more for real food. Therefore if they just got the info out better about I think it'd been all good. Some were taken back by it and it created kind of a cluster down there.

The AC makes a lot of noise and is very strong so oui get either too cold or too hot. Truth is that they had exactly the same AC in the aloft I went to in Aventura so they might have they everywhere which is a shame because it kind of ruins the experience a bit. I would still go back though

New modern stylish facility just west of the university. Close to grocery stores and many food places. Enjoyed the pool table in the lobby. Didn’t drink alcohol, but they have a nice bar in the lobby. Great exercise room. Comfy beds. Great shower water pressure.

Breakfast was below average. You are given a $15 credit and get custom made food. Not great. I was not thrilled that the credit caould nor be used for drinks.

The location is perfect it is near everything. They are pet friendly including cats which is great!! Cleaning ladies are super nice and always happy to help you with anything you need for the room. Staff is super nice and ready to help you with anything.

I didn’t like that there is only one dryer and one washer and no laundry detergent to buy either.

Because we booked after a hurricane, we booked non refundable for a handicapped lady whose home was without electricity. She did not stay the full time and the balance for three days was not refunded.

In a town with very few decent hotels, this one stands out. We didn't stay long enough to hang out but the common areas were nice and spacious and the pool/outdoor area looked inviting.

It got very noisy at night. Sounded like an all-night party was happening in one of the rooms nearby.

Clean grounds, good design, ample space, pet friendly with no extra fee. Most of the staff was friendly. Modern decor. Tucked away but easily accessible, about 15min to downtown restaurants and 10min from highway. Welcoming atmosphere and it even has a happy hour bar.

Carpet in part of the rooms, thin walls through which you could hear slamming doors, one set of elevators only for the whole building. Only some items available for purchase during breakfast. Poor shower pressure and no hot water. Too much clorox used to clean rooms so that the smell was overpowering. Upon check out, I was not asked about how my stay was.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The television didn't work too well; It kept on getting stuck. Sometimes it would take 10 minute to switch a channel. It would have also been nice to have a fresh fruit option on the breakfast menu or and a fruit bowl.

Funny smell in room. Believe it may have been from heat just being turned on before we arrived. We turned it off although it was cold the odor dissipated.
