The hotel is great! We requested early check-in and they contacted us in advance to let us know that they couldn't guarantee it, but would try their best. When we arrived, the room was ready. The valet parking service is a huge plus, making parking a non-issue. We'd send a text message to request our car, and every time we arrived at the lobby, our car would already be waiting. The valet team is super fast and attentive. The room itself is excellent, and it's conveniently located close to the hospital.

Did not have. Was it included? Unaware of that. Had dinner that was mediocre to bad. Hamburger was well done when ordered MR. Sent back and came back oversalted. Salmon portion was very small for the price. Was a tiny filet. The jazz group was excellent and made the evening. So nice to hear good Jazz.

The food. Drinks were more expensive than NYC and inconsistent with the price. Dry Grey Goose Martini was weak for 20.00. Service was slow and food was lukewarm when delivered. One waitress seemed to be serving too many tables (or entire dining room) resulting in food that was sitting out befwaiting to be served.

The location was excellent, due to the fact that I had tests at UF Health starting at 6:30 am on Thursday morning. We decided to eat at the on-site restaurant. The food and service was very good. The shower could use a grab bar and a shelf for our own bodywash, shampoo, etc. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but we are spoiled by our adjustable bed. With all that being said, it was a good stay and very nice not to have to get up so early and drive to Gainesville for my tests.

My wife had a weekend course at the University, so the location was convenient, we just had to cross the street. Staff were friendly & polite, always a plus. The parking is valet only & the gentlemen were efficient. There's a restaurant inside the hotel (The Convey) - food was great, as were the drinks & the service. They seemed to have a daily happy hour as well. Gym facility was available for use.

Absolutely fantastic staff, from the check in to check out. Always smiling and doing everything to make your stay flowless and comfortable. Great valley service, guys are quick and professional. Great view, nice, modern architecture. Bottled water in the room is a great touch. Nice breakfest.

Uncomfortable pillows what makes a difference after a long day. Great TV sets, however, remote works only within few inches! Very loud AC.

We were soooo comfortable! We came here after midnight after an uncomfortable situation at another place we were staying at. I love Eleo. Parking is only complimentary valet, no self parking and I thought that might be a little inconvenient but whenever we needed the car for any reason we always got it quickly and it was never a bother to them. I wouldn't hesitate to book here if the price is right.

A very comfortable hotel! The room felt very luxurious and tasteful and all the staff were very friendly. Location was good for me to reach my business location at UF. The hotel itself is quiet and has vending machines as well as a great restaurant. Quality toiletries were provided.

The bed was a bit soft for my taste; room lighting was difficult to figure out (one light didn't seem to have a switch).

Wow.. first time staying at this hotel to get my son off to college at UF. You are required to valet and even though they were extremely busy, they were super friendly and efficient. The rooms were enormous,beautiful and clean. My room looked out over the pond and there were windows the entire length. Enormous and well stocked bathroom. Beds, pillows, and an awesome side lounge type chair were all amazingly comfortable. Loved this hotel and so glad I stayed here. Will be back for the football games!

Required valet.. it’s not convenient when you need to retrieve items from car or suitcase. Restaurant was ok.. the bartender charged me $16 for a gin gimlet, I gave him a $20 and he just “forgot” to give me change.. I had to ask him for that back. Not leaving a $4 tip on an already expensive cocktail. No pool, no exercise room.. but those are the only negatives

It’s bright and cheerful, decorated for graduation with orange and blue floral displays and balloons making it festive.

Service in restaurant was slow - not sure if they’re understaffed or graduation weekend is just completely overwhelming. Either way the food was good and the servers were excellent. Just took a long time to serve everyone and get menus, etc. Everywhere may be like that on such a busy weekend though. We still had a great time.

Room service does not really exist. We had to go downstairs to get coffee. Our room was also not ready at4:45 when checkin is 4. The staff was accommodating. There are also several non English speaking employees which you can see is a challenge for the English speaking employees
