Loved the curb appeal, lobby was welcoming, and biscuits and gravy were delicious! The front desk girls,(over night girl and daytime girl) they were both so sweet and pretty!!

By 9am waffle mix was out, milk was out, and a few other things seemed to be needing attention. I seen a worker come out of the conference room to make herself a plate and go back to the room and another was on her phone when in the prep closet. I had to ask to refill the milk. Our couch in our room had a good size stain on it. Someone’s old chip is wedges in the computer chair.

Breakfast was a little different each day which i liked. The gentleman in charge was very friendly and helpful, he's contributed to a pleasant start to the day

Hurricane Helene hit during my stay. AC was off in the guest rooms. Lights, tv, microwave, frig all worked By the third day it was stuffy and pretty warm. The AC was on in common areas because of generator. The front desk staff were okay, but a little on the surly side. Maybe due to the stress of complaining guests due to hurricane. Nothing they could do, electricity was off everywhere. Liked that they were pet friendly.

The hotel was extremely clean, and provided all the amenities required for a comfortable stay at a reasonable rate. I loved the room layout with the partition and the separate sofa area. Nice little gym with everything you need for a workout including a peleton machine. The breakfast was a nice surprise with a good selection of items (hot and cold). Staff was friendly and location was great. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I will stay here again when I return to Gainesville. This is an exceptional hotel for the price.

Trying to schedule housekeeping was the biggest challenge! I stayed for 5 nights, so they were supposed to automatically clean my room after 3 nights. I reminded them I wanted my room cleaned after the 3rd night and they did not come clean. I then asked for cleaning on the 4th day, and they did not clean my room! So, NO service for a 5 night stay! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I appreciate a clean hotel room when I travel and this new housekeeping policy, post COVID, is very irritating!

Breakfast selection was very good. But the food took forever to be remember plenished. Every day I got to breakfast at 905 . There was never any eggs or corn beef hash . Woman waited until all of it was gone to start cooking the next batch . Slow as molasses. So I would finally get my eggs at 935 . Standing there for about 30 minutes. She should be cooking the next batch long before any of the offerings is finished . But she was right in the money to put up the closed st 10 sign. Very poor service .

This past weekend me and my entire family stayed at Comfort inn suites. I was a bit hesitate because of the location. But, this place was great kid friendly, very clean & quiet. The staff was great & I’d highly recommend to anyone. The only reason I didn’t give the rating a 10 is because housekeeping doesn’t come by everyday like the good ole days!! but, if you fill out a form and request the issue is handled promptly, so with that I rate this Hotel an excellent 9 !

Location wasn't bad, very clean even as you walk in. Smelled fresh, nice workers, wasn't expensive. Value for money! Comfortable!

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a body wash dispenser in the shower. Just shampoo and conditioner. I also didn't enjoy the options of breakfast. The sausage and eggs looked Yuck! My husband and I didn't eat bc of that. Not a large selection or limited good selections.

Staff was friendly at check in, lobby was clean, room was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and price was good for the room. No issues and would stay here again when in town and would recommend to others.

No issues at all with our stay. We were not there long, checked in just before midnight and left around 9am the next morning for an appt but our time there was great.

Great facility! Super clean and comfortable. My family stayed here for a local family reunion, and we will hopefully be returning next year.

If you have dietary restrictions, do not eat their breakfast. The gluten friendly entrees were stored with gluten products when you open the container. I had to eat elsewhere.

Location was great for the college. Very clean. Reasonable breakfast.

Don’t like how they price gouge on game days. Stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. Always reasonably priced (about $120 per night). Tried to make a reservation for the weekend of a game and they wanted $899 per night.
