A great hotel with fabulous, fabulous staff! Everyone we encountered was friendly, super helpful, and accommodating when approached. Location - excellent!! Close to Baxters Mall with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Celebration Pointe about a 25 minute walk away Room - spacious, exceptionally clean, well maintained and importantly pet free. I know the pet thing can be divisive but for people like me with allergies this was very important. Gym - functional and enough for my needs Modern equipment and ALL of it in working order!! Plenty of clean towels, a water machine and wipes for cleaning the equipment when finished. The AC could probably benefit from being a little cooler, but that's about it. Pool - small but perfectly formed. I only used it once and it was nice to have pool towels freely available. Self service laundry - a fabulous bonus!! Cheap to use and available 24/7. Both the washers and dryers appeared new and were easy to operate. Housekeeping - worked tirelessly all day long! Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and the communal areas and hotel exterior were the same.

Breakfast was disappointing by European standards. Very repetitive, highly processed and not particularly healthy (high fat, high sugar). All the equipment was disposable, and there was a high amount of single use plastics in use, with no attempt to encourage waste to be separated for recycling. That's aside, the staff worked exceptionally hard to keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked, and it was always possible to get a seat. Also, the close proximity to the grocery store meant we were able to stock up on healthier breakfast cereals and food options after 3 days.

The rooms were clean and the rooms ac worked good. TV was nice size and bed was comfy. The bathrooms are nice size and clean. Staff was super nice and lobby was nice.

The rooms were kind of small, and had a smell sometimes. The breakfast was nice just not a lot of options with HOT food, plenty of fruits and cold stuff but wish the Hot foods were more. Lots of different breads. Cleaning smell was very strong in lobby but we might have got there when they had just done the floors so no big deal. This is great for a couple to go to, but we had our son, was a little cramped with us in the small room.

The customer service was 10/10, but Cleo and Marisol exceeded my expectations. The breakfast staff were incredible. I stayed with them from June 7, 2025, to July 23, 2025, and there wasn't a day they didn't make my mornings fabulous. Thank you, and I would stay here again many more times just because of you.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was ample and very clean. The breakfast had a good selection and the ladies who provided the food were extremely nice and helpful. Our stay was very positive and pleasant as we were greeted and serviced by such nice and professional staff including the front desk personnel, the maintenance staff and the breakfast ladies. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again and will recommend it to our friends and family!

I loved that there were vegan/veggie options that I wouldn't otherwise be able to get with a complimentary breakfast. There were a number of options to choose from and it was nice to have them ask, and offer, us options that were not on the buffet, as well. The coffee was delicious and incredibly smooth.

Though I enjoyed the coffee, I would have liked to see a milder roast offered.

There was plenty of parking when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Check in was very straightforward. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. All staff were polite and courteous. The breakfast appeared to be rather small when we first arrived for breakfast, but in fact had everything we wanted and more, the hotel had simply condensed the space. There were hot and cold choices, as well as the usual coffee and juices. The Shift Supervisor during our stay was Monsie, and she introduced herself to us and was checking that we had everything we wanted. The breakfast items were constantly being monitored and restocked when required. There wasn't an on-site restaurant, but there were fast-food options a short walk away, as well as restaurants. We would stay here again.

1. I booked 2 rooms under my reservation, with my credit card. I put my sister n laws name on one of the rooms simply because the reservation process requested the name of my guest. Fairfield separated my reservation and tried to use my sister n laws name with my credit card causing my bank to deny the charge. At any rate, it was a big, confusing mess. 2. Fairfield changed the price quoted in Booking.com. When the manager was questioned about the change she said she didn’t know Booking.com figured the rate, but that it was wrong. I requested that she provide me with the reservation with the price she quoted but she sent me the price quoted by Booking.com, but charged my credit card the price she quoted.

The staff is incredibly helpful and professional. The rooms are large and mostly clean. They supply a nice squishy pillow which most places don’t. They supply washcloths, which I have found to be a rarity in most hotels. The location is quiet but close to everything.

The bed had a hump in the middle and two swales on either side. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

All the employees were very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. They always had fresh fruit.

Elevator buttons didn't work properly. Then 1 of the 2 elevators was totally out of order.

Love Marriott hotels .always great staff and super clean.

I booked a room close to work as I needed 5 hours of sleep I was on call and the only room was on the main floor on a Friday with a booming bar which normally would be great except when you need to sleep.but still. I still loved my stay.
