The front desk staff were very friendly and I was checked-in with no issues at all. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, and other stores. Close enough to the freeway for easy access, and we didn't hear any noise from the traffic. The room was clean and everything worked well. The beds are comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing. We went down to the lobby for breakfast about 30 minutes before the service was due to end. There was a waffle maker, coffee, and a couple of slices of bread for toast. The breakfast could be improved and monitored better by the staff, but to be honest, I wasn't expecting much in the way of breakfast from a budget hotel chain. We went across the street to McDonalds and ate there.

The room was a little bigger then the pictures looked and the bathroom was pretty nice, though I did notice some hair on the floor when we got there. Not enough to bother me, but a bit more then I'd expect. I also liked how close we were to many restaurants and grocery stores, it made grabbing a few things we needed on each day.

breakfast seemed like it would be fine if you if you got there right when it started, but we're mid morning wakers and when we got there on our first day it was almost all gone and the line was moving insanely slow so we just opted to eat at the near by waffle house from then on.

Did not serve a very big breakfast variety. Did not serve waffles even though they had the equipment. Said they only do waffles on the weekend. My wife had been looking forward to them. So that was kinda disappointing. Was not sure if that was actual policy or if the staff just didn't want to bother with them. Was a little frustrating.

liked the ramp going to our room downstairs, we are in our 80's and stairs are difficult to use, the room comfortable ample in size. Location to hospitals was easy .

one big complaint was a housekeeping one ! The floors were filthy,, ,,they were not moped clean, you could not walk on the floor without shoes on, getting out of the shower you needed to use a towel on the floor to keep your feet clean.

This hit all of my needs: Quiet, No traffic sounds, etc. I need a dark room for sleep and thankfully very little light comes in around the drapes or door. Decor is sophisticated. Loved the photos of Gainesville vs stock art. Bed very comfortable & shower very nice. Shopping down the street. Close to campus.

Bearing in mind there were few visits in town, Breakfast that morning was a little limited, ONLY because there were so few guests. EXCELLENT business decision. I respect that that.

It was clean, the room was even better than on photos! Nice stuff! Even bathroom and towels was clean, which is rear to such non-expensive stays.

Don’t expect smth extraordinary with breakfast. But mix for self-making waffles and jams were good enough!

They worked with us because another hotel had a mix up and rude and Super 8 made a way for us to stay! Because has cancer and is having surgery so we will be back May 9-10th

Steps I have bad leg n knee n you have to step down n up to room or to go outside.

The location was great. Staff was wonderful very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. Room was nice and cool for that May heat.

Puppies pretty good but as long as I don't like it's $100 hole but it's a no if you have a credit card you should pick up your bank card on the file instead of having to pay cash $100 for a whole week
