I did not like having to deal with a third-party to book the reservations when I call the hotel directly. Third priority I have found ads extra money to the price of the room without you knowing it. I used two coffee Keurig cups the first night and it was never refilled the other cure cup for tea and different things I didn’t choose. I like the staff specially the girl that I checked in with very much the breakfast could’ve had a little more variety a gentleman that replaced my telephone in the room was very sweet very nice and very quick

Breakfast could’ve had a little more variety. I didn’t like checking in and making reservations through the third-party even though I called Hotel directly I wish the cleaning people would’ve paid a little more attention to refilling the coffee in my room.

The pillows were nice and fluffy and you get four- which is like at home. The free breakfast was nice, some times they are lacking but this one had scrambled eggs and turkey sausage- which is what I have at home. Room was nice and spacious. Had room for my sons blow up race car bed and room to move around. Showers were hot hot and clean. I would recommend and stay again. Oh, almost forgot they (the hotel) baked chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies Friday night- my daughter really liked that touch.

Checking in there was a hold for one night on my card and then they tried to charge full amount of stay. I had the amount of the stay plus a little extra- but card declined because until hold had not been released and then tried to charge full amount of stay on top. There is also a ten percent incidentals added to room charge. Waiting for that to be refunded. Other than these, all was good

The best part of staying here was the complimentary breakfast. There was a good selection of hot foods like biscuits and gravy, two types of sausage and scrambled eggs. They also had two waffle making irons as well as hot water for oatmeal. They also had the standard selection of cold cereal, bagels, toast and muffins. The breakfast area was kept clean and well stocked. The coffee was available for extended hours too. The room was clean and stocked well with towels, kleenex and toilet paper. Although we didn't use the pool, we sat out by it one morning and noticed it was clean and well maintained. The exercise facilities also looked well taken care of.

The bathroom was in a little bit of dis-repair, with one towel rack starting to pull out of the wall, signs of rust in the tub and a little water damage outside the tub.

The room was very spacious. It was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I loved the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There is a slight smell of vinegar throughout the hotel. The lighting in the room was a little dim and the maids knocked on the door before 11:00 to see if we were gone. I also did not like the fact that I paid 877.00 for two nights and my daughter had the exact same room and she paid 573.00 for the same dates and same room. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I booked months in advance and she booked the day of. That was disappointing. I tried to get some money back but the staff said I couldn't.

Front just entering the lobby I saw that this facility was clean, bright and even "new-like" looking. Our bedroom was just as impressive. I would say a bit stark - devoid of wall decorations but otherwise, excellent. Kurieg coffee maker; two bottles of water, microwave and refrigerator. Extremely pleased with environment, surroundings and cleanliness. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Did not participate in the breakfast. Slept in late. LOL

convenient to UF, clean, nice staff and they accommodated my request for a room near the elevator.

I had booked with a card and the day before my stay I received confirmation that it was charged. When I checked in I didn’t have my card with me. when they asked for a card for incidentals I used another one. I found out this morning that without my knowing, they canceled the original payment and charged the other card. when i asked that it be changed they said they couldn’t. I wish I was told ahead of time, I would have planned differently.

I’ve been staying here at least once a month for the last 6 months or-a little longer and every time I stay the staff has always been amazing and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s quiet and very clean and for accommodating. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I feel safe as I am usually traveling alone.

The staff, the rooms, the breakfast the location is perfect. Thank you for keeping the rooms and all very clean.

Great location about 10 minutes to UF parking garage in rush hour traffic. Morning coffee was ready around 5am each day. Room stocked with bottled water and a variety of coffee and tea. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we even received a call from the front desk shortly after arriving to verify our room was satisfactory. The bedroom was lovely, bathroom was huge.

The sofa was not comfortable and had a sofa cover that did not fit properly. The furniture was too small for the extremely large room and looked thrown together next to the bedroom and bathroom. They did have fresh cookies at the front desk but we did not get any because they only bake 1 batch that didn’t last past 6 pm when we returned.

The staff was amazing and so great to everyone Breakfast was really good also. We were going to a football game and location was spot on!!!

I would have gave them a 10 rating BUT we went to open the pull out couch and it was covered in animal hair. We put the sheet on it so my daughter could sleep that evening but the staff was on it. They gave us a rollout bed for our stay that worked out perfectly. They said they would take care of it but I just said wait til we leave

Every person on the staff were very nice and friendly. They put our daughter's family close to us when we requested it. The weekend lady helping at breakfast was especially kind and helpful!

The elevator did not work for three days, but they got it fixed the fourth day.. It wasn't really a problem for us because we take the stairs and were only on the second floor and we didn't have much luggage, but our daughter's family had to haul a lot up.
