Excellent location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Usually the Home2 Suites by Hilton hotels are excellent, but this time I gave only 'good' in few categories. The reasons are: the cooking burners didn't work in the kitchen and after I told the front desk about it, it wasn't fixed. Also when the room was cleaned, they forgot to give me towels, toilet paper, and didn't fill up the shower gel bottles. In spite of this all, I will stay here next time, too and hope that these issues won't come up again.

Location is perfect! Down the street from My daughter's student apartment at UF. I will definitely stay here again when I come to visit her.

The breakfast could have been a little better. Some of the hot items weren't hot. They were out of orange juice I the days we stayed there.

The second bead in the room ( sofa bed) was extremely uncomfortable, basically imposible to sleep in it

The property was clean and well maintained, we really enjoy the pool and the room was comfortable and well laid out. The staff were all really nice and helpful. I appreciated how well stocked the room was and it felt like a home away from home.

I think there could be some more healthy breakfast options and access to the pool could be from inside the hotel and not open to the car park, that felt a little insecure as the car park is open to non guests as well.

Location was great. Breakfast was just ok. Room was nice.

The bed was extremely hard, so much so that you were sore when you woke up. Also the breakfast buffet didn't have any meat or fruit on it. Spouse has celiac and all she could eat was the oatmeal.

Very homey in our room. It was perfect for our one night stay before our son’s surgery.

The bathroom was a little dirty. Facial hair was left on the faucet and behind it and there was hair on the shower walls.

convenient clean beautiful shower perfect it has be a long time. very clean and The shower drained pressure was great couldn’t ask for anything better in a bathroom. The room is very nice and spacious and clean.

the staff. check in was horrible and check out no better. the women couldn’t find my reservation and was like tuff luck sir… She couldn’t spell my last name even after me telling her 10 times! McNamee. how hard is that? finally 20 minutes later after found it. I won’t tell the rest… check out couldn’t find anybody except for I think I heard them talking around the corner in the back chatting about their night before and not manning their post. I always like to physically check out and get my receipt but I just left my room cards on her computer

Everyone was friendly, room was clean, check in and check out was quick. Lobby area was very large and welcoming

Toilet was a little shaky/loose

The breakfast was nice with staff restocking as we arrived. We ate in our room as there was limited seating. The location seemed to be in transition from an older, less desirable area to improvements in most of the neighborhood.

Our view was two homeless men sleeping on a bench below us. There were no towels to use at the pool.

Stayed there several times and it is always nice and clean and staff is very friendly.

Breakfast offerings are limited.
