Location, motel room everything was great, what was most amazing how kind, sweet and helpful Lucia was at check in and check out!

I received 2 email saying check in anytime after 3.00 p.m, I showed up at 3.40 p.m and received a serious tongue lashing from some very hateful and angry man saying I couldn't check in until 4.00 p.m, I almost decided to go somewhere else and give this place a very bad low rating.. But, I waited until 4.15 and Lucia was very sweet, the unknown angry man I never seen or heard again praise God! He needs Jesus and all will be okay 🙏 Sign at location clearly says check in after 4.00 p.m, so the email from my booking were incorrect.

The efficiency was very spacious and clean! The kitchen had everything needed (no utensils nor plates but that is not a must for me). The bathroom was very clean, the lighting better than my bathroom, and the shower pressure better than many upper scaled hotels I've stayed at.The bed had good pillows. The public areas are super cute. It was very quiet. I didn't have a parking problem. There were two locks in the door and one of those chains inside. They had extra garbage bags in the kitchen in case you run out, and a trash can close by, outside.The outside area was well lit at night.

The bedspread and sofa cover were outdated, but I never had the need to sit on them or cover myself. At night, a few moths started showing up. The a/c is an old unit and was temperamental.

Great location, within walking distance of the beach (about 3 km), shops, cafes and restaurants. Nice territory with trees, palms, gazebos with chairs, sun beds. Inside it is quite spacious, clean, there is a lot of different furniture, in the kitchen there is a stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, a large dining table. But there is absolutely no dishes except for a few plastic glasses

Some rooms definitely could use some updating, but I understand it's an older motel. Toilet is a little low, overall very nice place!

This is a great 'stand-alone' spot from the group of Richard's motels. It is a few block away from the others, and to be honest - I almost wish I wasn't giving a review - because I'd like there to be rooms available there when I'd like to return. :) The staff is great, their communication is great, and it was also very nice and very quiet, even full of guests/visitors. It will always be my/our first place to check when we're staying in that area. I don't think they read these, but "thank you!" if you/they do. :)

Forcing myself to find something to change - if they would upgrade their television/cable stations set-up to be more like the 'industry standard' in other locations, that would give them even better ratings, I think. HOWEVER, who goes travels/vacations to sit in the rooms and watch tv? It is/was a non-factor for me. They had all the local channels for news, weather, traffic, etc, and they had sports channels and movie channels too.

Front Office Staff (Lady) is amazing. She is very vast & efficient with check in. The price was very reasonable for the one night stay. The amenities: grill & seating area is lovely. The outside decor has a tropical feel & very inviting.

The bed was squeaky & a bit uncomfortable, our headboard fell off the wall, the remote was trapped between the bed & wall from a previous stay. The air conditioner can use some cleaning & blow out. I woke up congested.

Safe deposit in cash only, if you don’t have cash use atm with commission, would be better if they withheld deposit right away while booking and redeem it once stay was over

Everything exceeded my expectations. Very cosy and quiet location for night or a long vacation! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Home away from home. Staff is top notch! I would highly recommend to everyone!

You get great value for your money, and the different utilities all worked

Bed frame was stable thanks to box spring but had slight unevenness but not noticeable unless sitting at the foot of bed

Everything. The lady who checked me in was so kind. I got there pretty late, after a long day of travel. The room was absolutely perfect, in every way.
