Ground are excellent. Self check in is great and easy. Very convenient location within walking distance to entertainment grocery and liquor, reasonably priced hi quality privacy.

"desk" staff are disorganized, and aren't letting to bargaining or budget friendly always. Hotel is frequently fully booked.

I’ve stayed at the this property before and for some reason they only give one remote. The last at least it was the same tvs in the living room and bedroom, this time it wasn’t. I couldn’t watch tv in the bedroom. Housekeeping knocked on my door 30 mins before I had to leave.

I am working a few months in Florida and chose here for the month. I have continued my second month here as well. It’s very quiet and private. All privacy fence around. Cute yard. Allows your pets! Comfy space that feels like home. The staff has been nothing but great from messaging to the cleaning staff. Also 6 minutes from the beach!

the total privacy - self check-in, staff spoke only when spoken to, and complete privacy beyond that. The entire APARTMENT was unto itself.

the "desk" staff (on the other end of the phone) can be rude, but helpful, nevertheless. The entry code is almost always wrong upon arrival, requiring a phone call to either booking or the "desk" staff

The good sized apartment enough for family with 2 kids. One can cook or dine out at Young Circle area. Parking is available at the backdoor.

There is no heating during cold times. Aircons can not heat rooms. So we, kids and adults, actually got cold on December 25th, since it was raining and freezing outside and no chance to heat rooms. Laundry is not available in the accommodation, but this seems to be less of a problem. The short distance away there is coin laundry.

Lovely place for my brother and I to enjoy. Had everything we needed. Great location and very comfortable place. It was easy to access and the instructions were easy to follow.

My stay here was excellent! Very clean and comfortable bedding. Everything was clean and set up perfectly. Great location for a lot of things in area.

There is only one wash cloth and 4-5 towels for your stay.

It was amazing to relax in this hotel. It was safe and quiet. The room was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped.
