Such nice staff beautiful location everything at your finger tips in walking distance private upscale definitely my most favorite hotel yet.

No microwave in room that’s it

Modern decor, location was amazing, bed was super comfortable, plenty of towels accessible for pool and were also very soft. The front desk lady Christine was so pleasant, she made us feel so welcomed and was very helpful!

There was cookie crumbs on our floor when we entered the room, seems like the housekeeper forgot to sweep. Everything else was clean. I was also kindof disappointed with the breakfast.( I traveled with 3 kids) they didn’t have OJ or anything to drink, other than a gallon of milk for coffee and cereal. And only offer 3 types of artificial sweeteners for your coffee, I’m old school and still use sugar! :(

Location is great.The place is nestled on Harrson street with many walkable restaurants and shops. The room was freshly renovated, all new,.very nice amenities in room. I would not hesitate to book again. Staff was super nice. And always had security in garage.

Place is in the very back end of renovation so there is work being done all over. Main lobby elevator not working yet but the back one is fine especially if parking in the garage. The renovation should be done soon. Still would book again.

The property was nice, construction is still going on. My original room was not up to par. The Tv was not working and the sheets were not clean had hair and sticky red stuff on it…After telling the front desk about it all, my room was switched to a lovely clean room, thank you to Mrs. Shay.

Terrible bed sheets-irritated my skin, felt like I was sleeping on dried leaves. And to top it off, there’s no microwave in the rooms. I was told I need to come down stairs in order to use the one microwave they have in the lobby. Crazy!

The price and location! I had to make a last minute change to my vacation. My bestie from high school announced she was getting married. I was in Nola, had to change our flights and find a place to stay but we made it!

The curtains didn’t block out the outside light…🙁

Check in was wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean. It was at the end of a corridor, near an exit door. Unfortunately, that door got a lot of traffic day and night and it was continually slammed shut. Other than that, the location is perfect. Lots of wonderful restaurants and cafes in walking distance. I wish the pool had been open; it looked gorgeous.

Good location . There's so many things within walking distance. Walked to Publix and if you have pleasure time there is variety nightlife. Once renovation is over this will definitely be excellent. If you're looking for a clean comfortable room and can over look the construction I recommend this hotel. I had a double bed suite with a sleeper couch . I would stay at hotel again.

Parking was restricted in areas due to construction. It was bearable because was notified by the hotel and booking site .

Great location, many restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

No bottled water in the room fridge. Need to pay for parking (it's in the description, but it would be nice if it was free).

the construction noise.... but we were told about it in advance
