Everything was clean, staff was amazingly nice, and there was no smell when you entered the room like most hotel rooms have. The sheets and towels smelled brand new as well..

The pool was still closed from the last hurricane but we didn't care because it was too cold anyways .. also there wasn't any breakfast like booking.com said there would be, but that's also due to the hurricane.

The staff was wonderful the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved that we were able to relax 😌

I didn't like that there was no breakfast served and the pool was shut down. I would have liked to get into the pool and also ear some breakfast as advertised in the price.

The staff. The room was very clean, good AC and the bed was very comfortable. The mini fridge worked very well.

Wish the room had a proper working coffee maker.

Breakfast is offered but it's not a true Breakfast. No water, eggs, sausage but the rooms when booking states breakfast included. Need to advise some rooms without breakfast with a lower prices McDonalds is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel

bathroom to small and some floor wall panels peeling of behind toilet in bathroom didn't sleep well neighbors was moving around all night.

Good price for a decent room. The pool is a cement pond and should not be included in the hotel amenities.

Lie about pool. Smell of bathroom. Not comfortable bed.

Although it was advertised and marketed as including breakfast, there was none, only juice and coffee.

If you market as including breakfast, please have one, or adjust the price downward.

I couldn't check in before 4 and I was an hour from my event. Maybe allow for earlier check-in on big weekends. We were not going to the game. We were going to a wedding.

That the room was nice and clean and that check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very nice.

The pillows on the bed were a little small and were not the most comfortable.

Went to this small town to visit a friend. Office staff were super friendly and accomodating. The room was nice for the price. Main thing, the room was clean.
