It's a new facility.

I'm in a power chair and couldn't fit through the bathroom door, not only could I not be able to use the commode, no shower, and no brushing my teeth. The first time I called the front desk she said that both accessible rooms are the same size and nothing could be done . I called and asked for the manager, and explained what happened, he did send maintenance to measure the doorway and found it's too small Meanwhile it's been 2 days with no bathroom access. During check-in my card was charged 4 times, had to sit there while front desk and manager tried to figure it out. Embarrassing moment to say the least, plus I showed where the charge went through on my account webpage, which at first was ignored, and then finally showing where the first charge went through and then 3 more didn't.

The hotel is brand new, the Apt room was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly.The room/apartment is the greatest concept ever .

The ADA accessibility needs work, the first night I couldn't fit my power.chair through the bathroom door, there are no kick plates on any of the doors, and there should be an automatic room door opener because the door is very heavy and hard to maneuver getting out safely while the door closes. Someone frail could never do that . The area beside the island is too close to turn around in the kitchen without hitting floor baseboards. I speak some Spanish but the housekeeping attendants speak Spanish while in the room, it's very rude to do that.

The room size was great and updated. The breakfast was ok. The hotel is on the ITrolley route. The lobby area was nice and spacious. Loved the 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.

The showers were covered with mold/mildew. Not just in the 2 bathrooms in my room, but my family in a separate room also had the same issue. Hotel did not do a good job of taking care of the mildew/mold. The showers were disgusting especially for what you pay for.

Swimming pool could have been bigger

They should provide water bottles to every guest and not to elite members

The property was great. Booking is the one I have problems with.

Clean and pleasant. Booking on the other hand haas a terrible customer service policy. I lost $500 on flights tickets. I had put that in because You can’t get a live person to talk to.

Next door to our favorite restaurant

The far elevator dropped while we were inside, my sister was scratched on her face due to someone being startled and reaching for the walls for stability.

Property is nice and newly constructed, it value for money at the price being sold .

All is good but mostly Spanish staff but even if they don’t understand English they are super nice people

It was very clean. It was close to a lot of retail and food spots.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like except I could not gain access to the safe in my room.

Good facility great room and great costumer services myself and my family really enjoyed ourselves in this property

Nothing come onto my mind in what you could improve my experience

The apartment had everything we needed,

Those heavy doors for the accessible unit, one would have to be a weightlifter to open and keep them open while powering power wheel chairs.
