The hosts were super friendly, like they really care about my request and we're not "just doing their job". I booked one day and then booked another 4 days because I felt so welcome. Also, despite the low price, I found zero bugs in the room, which was not the case in other hotels I stayed with higher prices in the same region.

The towels we got were stained, I asked for new ones and they were perfect. The carpet didn't seem very clean as my socks would turn dirty of walking in the room. Despite that, no bugs of any kind were found in the room. The wooden furniture of my first stay there was fine, but the second stay it was all damaged, also the bathroom door. It's just aesthetic, but still counts as a simple repair would make it look like 100% again.

The motel highly exceeded my expectations. As for this price I expected even less, but when I saw what they offered, I was amazed. They have a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, comfortable rooms and offer professional service. The breakfast was OK and on top of all I liked the service: everybody was friendly and took care really well. Once I’m back to Florida, this is a place to come back.

Just a small hint, but nothing to deduct my points: it would be great to consider introducing some good quality bread to breakfasts. For now they have only the toast bread, which has a low nutritious value. I have found things for myself though, so breakfast in general was OK.

Close to everything in Orlando, very well located. The rooms were big enough and very comfortable. Would definitely be back.

the floor carpet felt dirty, that's a common thing on any hotel that has it. But it was the only thing that felt dirty.

The location is good and near to most of shopping stores and fast food restaurants. It is nearby Mall of Florida. Parking spaces are good. Swimming pool is great. There was no fridge in the room; however, it was provided to us second day after asked for it, many thanks to the hotel administration and to the man who delivered it.

No room services unless you asked personally the reception. We spent 5 nights and they forgot that room 151 is occupied and needed cleaning. I asked many times for cleaning and changing towels. Carpet is dirty not only inside room but also entire hotel and needs to be replaced by new carpet. No coffee machine. The young lady in the reception was not smiling at all when check in, it is not good to not smiling to the customers!

Price was right.

Some things did not work, it felt a little unsecure, exterior doors broken, smell of weed/pot in the stairwell, shady characters walking around.

I loved the location. I had a full schedule on vacation. The room was booked for convenience to my activities. As far as rest, it served me good, it was peaceful

Housekeeping could have been 24hr

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The location is also very good — close to many attractions and easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to kindly suggest that some of the furnishings, such as the carpets, be replaced or updated, as they appear a bit worn out. This small change would make the stay even more comfortable for future guests. Thank you for your attention.

I stayed many nights there and always felt comfortable there. Except it started to become quite a challenge getting back your security deposit they charge to your credit card during check in. And My first few months of 'check out' days , I would always see my deposit back on my credit card within 3 hours of checking out . Now it's become such a frustration having to be that guy that has to be annoying because I now have 2 security deposits from over 2 months ago that I never got back, and it's a real shame, because I would enjoy staying many more nights there. I just work to hard for my money to get taken from me again. I just don't want to support a business that is ok with basically stealing your deposit, and knowing there's not much somebody can really do about it.

I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT I'M STILL HAVING TO BEG FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK!

The spacious well equipped room. The lovely coffee in the lobby. The lobby area was smart. The quirky wheel of fortune game on arrival!

Fridge did not work.

Very good spacious clean room with all the necessary amenities, good location and the staff is professional and so helpful, the AC work good. I appreciate this hotel This is my first hotel in the US and glad for my choice.
