My husband and I travel from TN to KW Florida multiple times a year. We always enjoy this property. It’s clean, comfortable, near all the main freeways, and the staff is beyond nice :) Always excellent service. They seem to genuinely enjoy their work atmosphere. Val is usually at the desk, but I have to say that EVERY employee I have encountered has been very kind, including the breakfast staff and housekeeping. Employees are what makes any business succeed or fail. I hope Hampton Inn / Hilton franchise appreciates everyone they have working at this location. It’s always a pleasure :)

The cleanliness of the room was the most important thing to me. And the room exceeded my expectations for cleanliness . And added bonus was walking in and it said welcome Christine on the television. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing and the workers kept the food stocked well. In addition it was important that you were pet friendly thank you

There was nothing I didn't like I was very very pleased with the all-around experience at Hampton Inn

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. While the room could use some updating, everything was functional. Breakfast was basic (as is typical in the US), but fine for a short stay. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable night.

Free breakfast was good - not anything breathtaking like eggs or bacon, but free food is free food. They had things like bagels, cereal, muffins, oatmeal and fruit. The rooms also have a microwave!

Housekeeping only comes every other day. Not a fan.

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included was very good, a little of everything (eggs, waffles, toast, fruit, etc)! They have a guest laundry, very convenient. Ample room and comfy beds. The bathroom was very clean.

The only thing that wasn't very clean was the carpet. Preferred to wear shoes. The housekeeping is upon request, which they did, but didn't refill the coffee pods or the shower gel. Little things.

Good location, not too far from most vacation spots in the Orlando area. The room was also clean. Complimentary breakfast is offered. Friendly staff.

Slightly high price point. The bed was stiff, not very comfortable. Food selection could be better for the breakfast options, could be improved if they offered fresh fruit and additional options.

The facility was new and clean. Well-equiped. For those open to public transportation, there is a bus stop about 300 yards away with a bus route to the airport with one easy connection. Cost - $2 per person!

We had a late lunch so we nibbled at Starbucks for "dinner." But I don't think there are many restaurants close if you don't have a car.

The property is well managed and very clean . For me was just 1 night stop so works perfect . The breakfast surprise me also very good .

The air conditioner in the bedroom is a little noise so if you are a light sleep I would considerate another place.

Everything is clean and tidy. The location is excellent.

I believe the staff’s service could be improved slightly, especially during the night shift. Guests are tired too.
