Modern accommodation in a good location.

Since most people arrive at the accommodation by car, the parking fee could be included in the price.

Amazing stay. Wish we could have stayed more. Check-in process all electronic (you don't meet anyone) however very clear and precise. We found the apartment easily. Apartment with very well equipped. Large rooms and bathrooms. Everything perfectly clean and neat. The bed sheets are amazing! 5* hotel bedsheets soft and smooth. Kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook yourself. The common pool (3 min walk away)is very nice, cleaned and you even have a bar at the pool. Very close by car to Universal Studios and a big shopping mall, Walmart etc.

Everything was great

Everything was perfect. - The location, near to all the parks the convenience of Publix being a 5 minute walk. - The staff were brilliant responding within 5 minutes on the app and maintenance coming to resolve issues almost immediately. - The apartment was a really good size with a fully kitted kitchen so we were able to cook which is convenient. - Parking wasn’t an issue at all. We paid using the app. - I loved that everything worked and the little things thT didn’t maintenance was quick to resolve.

We stayed for nearly two weeks so would have appreciated cleaning services. Cleaning services were available but very expensive.

It was clean, it had everything that we needed, and it was very close to Universal Studios. There were a lot of eateries and places to shop, especially since there was a Publix to buy groceries and other incidentals. A Chipotle was close by, and you are less than 10 minutes from Universal Studios, one of the best properties that we have stayed in. The apartment was aesthetically pleasing, and the bathrooms were Superior to most places we've stayed. I would stay here again.

If you could call it a complaint, which I wouldn't, I would say that the sheets could have used some fabric softener because they were very stiff compared to everything else, that was it.

Loved how spacious it was and had everything in kitchen that we needed. Also loved the refilling room for things we ran out of. Washer & dryer were excellent. Pools were great & clean.

Needed a pullout sectional in living room. It lacked seating in this area for a family of 6. There is plenty of space for one. Pool bar open at smaller pools would have been fantastic. Also perhaps a golf cart shuttle service to help guests visit main pool & amenities that didn’t rent or bring a vehicle. It was too much of a walk in the heat. That we couldn’t extend our stay when all flights were cancelled at MCO due to the Microsoft outtage. We would have preferred to stay there instead of having to move to a small room elsewhere.

I stayed 4 nights. The washer/dryer and kitchen with dishes were very good for log stay. Check-in was also easy via app. 3 bedrooms and living room were comfortable.

The facilities were a little old, but there is nothing particularly bad about staying there.

There was breakfast!???!! Wow, I totally missed out. Overall the location was perfect, price point was decent, and it wasw exactly what we needed space wise with 3 kids in tow. the moment we came in the kids ran and jumped into respected bedrooms to crash. Kitchen well stocked overall. We certainly could have cooked meals if we stayed longer. Loved the balcony had a table set as well. The kids had breakfast out there. Very nice and quite space overall. Truly will look to stay here again in the future.

The bathroom shower was not well cleaned with some other persons hair all over the back wall. And honestly the bed we slept in was super hard. I was like wow. I like hard beds but this was really stiff. The bedroom my husband stayed in did not have accessible outlets which made it tough when I was running a meeting and then a class online from that room to give the fam the rest of the unit to be free in. Other than that, it was perfect. (side note, salt and black pepper would be a nice cheap addition to those who book) also remote controls were missing in one of the rooms.

Very nice apartment - clean, comfortable and well equipped. Convenient location for all facilities, restaurants, Disney/Universal/International Drive 10-15 mins drive - on site PUBLIX supermarket etc. Very social and pleasant atmosphere at the pools. (We met some great people - including a couple who own property there.) Didn't see anyone at the desk but your staff around the building were very nice people. They need to advertise the recycling bin by the gates better - We Europeans are big into it. BUT at least it is there Three pools - two in our section and one and a small fitness center in the other older section ($ mins in car away of 20 min walk)

The fitness center is too small for the amount of people that use it - one bench and a few machines gets clogged with 6 in it. BIG ISSUE was the parking charge. I get it, they don't want a free for all - but the people I met at the pool laughed when I said what I paid ($15 +tax a day) - I booked via Booking.com who also advertise these apartments via Millennium - Their site clearly says the parking is free - I did email SONDER about it but they politely said I risked being towed if I didn't pay - Nonsense, they never asked for my vehicle details. Still really enjoyed this break here

Location is excellent. Near to all major attractions but not impacted by noise etc. Lots of parking available. Pool area modern and clean, with nice pool bar and hot tub. Apartment was a good size with lots of space for our family of four which included two teenagers. Facilities in the apartment were good and it was nice to have a private outside space too. Added bonus was an EV charger on site that was only 20 cents a KW. Good location for nearby supermarket and local food/casual dining places.

Excellent location, the accommodation was very big and spacious, the use of the key entry code was good. The essential closet to top up your towels and cleaning products was nice. The new pool was nice

The accommodation was starting to look a little tired. We had to request for the trash/rubbish to be removed as the corridors started to smell after a few days. Note: the trash should have been removed daily. The towels smelt a fusty/damp
