Note: we loved it so much we are already rebooked here for Halloween Horror Nights and are about to book again for out next Epic Universe trip!! Everything is clean and well furnished and the size of the kitchenette and fridge were fantastic. It’s literally a mile from Epic Universe so that is absolutely perfect. We had Anthony assist us at check-in and he was friendly and informative and had a very welcoming personality. When we went down for the wonderful breakfast bar (fresh waffles and oatmeal both with loads of toppings and all the regular continental breakfast foods you expect) Blake was at the desk and he was also a positive personality to interact with!

Excellent location for those with a car. Spacious room for a family. Well-equipped kitchenette. Convenient breakfast and pool hours for those traveling from morning until evening/night. Self-service laundry available

Breakfast should include vegetables (there weren't any at all). The hotel's approach felt a bit too budget-conscious — for example, they didn't refill the shampoo in the bathroom daily (we stayed for a week), which was disappointing

Very clean and spacious room with seating area and kitchen. Two large beds. Very friendly staff. “Free” parking and very good breakfast. There is a petrol station with a food store next to the building. Note: This is a pet-friendly place. Expect to meet a few bigger dogs in the elevator and lobby.

That I had to pay USD 8.- for two candy bars (the petrol station closed during hurricane Milton).

This was the cleanest and best appointed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The complimentary items in the room were all a traveler needed. I especially appreciated the almost full size refrigerator/freezer. The sheets and pillowcases were super smooth and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I honestly thought this was a brand new hotel and I was the first guest to stay in my room. Breakfast was good and I had no trouble finding a place to eat. There was a good variety of items to eat and drink, they were displayed nicely, and what I chose was fresh. The dining area, and various display cases and appliances were clean and well placed.

While quite adequate I believe the quality of eating utensils could have been better. The knives and forks seemed a bit flimsy and I struggled at times to safely cut some of the food. During the peak breakfast hours the two waffle machines could not keep up with the demand. Three machines would have decreased the waiting time and four would have eliminated the line of people waiting to use them.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Andrea. She was amazing! She was able to accommodate our needs and was very friendly and helpful. Although our room was not available for early check in another room was she offered that to us. We were very thankful. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. No complaints at all. Will stay again for sure.

Room was excellent. Staff was very nice and kept checking to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Breakfast options were great. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

Our only complaint was the pillows were too flat and a little uncomfortable and the TV didn't get local channels.

I loved the modern style hotel, it's friendly staff, and cleanliness. The grilling section beside the pool area was a great asset and the hotel was less than 5 minutes from a Wal-Mart. Oh, yeah, I loved the fact that there were plenty of receptacles in the room!

The "hot" options for breakfast could have been better. Food just isn't the same anymore, but tastier breakfast would give this hotel a PERFECT SCORE.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good, attend to by a very nice and efficient lady. She was always cleaning. This hotel has recycling, if you want to participate. Our room was spacious and clean. Great stay.

Clean, Great breakfast options, and perfect location for an Epic Universe visit. Once the park is officially open, this hotel will get really busy Anthony the front desk agent that checked us in did an outstanding job. Very welcoming, professional, and accommodating.

Receptionist/staff was super friendly. We were offered to choose the room and the floor. Super clean and modern. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast could have more variety. I personally didn’t like the oatmeal, it was overcooked. But it is very minor detail. In general we were super happy to stay there.
