The staff here are great. The front office, the ladies' morning, and gentlemen Thomas and Gene in the evening were always helpful. The maintenance team, especially Jason, was amazing. He goes out of his way, does above and beyond expectations service. He is always very pleasant to talk to. The cleaning crew ladies were wonderful, especially Holly and Edwina. Thank you for your great service 🙏

I had a complaint about my initial room. I was unable to get it resolved at first, but that was only because Miss Chilean (I apologize because I am almost certain that I'm spelling it incorrectly) was not on the clock. The moment I met her, I knew she was a straight shooter and ran things with an iron fist. She definitely can not be blamed for the headaches I endured before she came to my rescue. She deserves a raise! She dealt with my issue with tact and understanding. If you stay there and never meet her, you did not get the full experience of this cozy hotel. She not only upgraded my room but she convinced me to become a rewards member and I've been happy with the experience thus far.

When I initially called, the employee I spoke with (did not get a name) stated that he would deal with my issue right away. I resumed my duties, as I was at work at the time. When I reached back to the room. Everything was the same. I called down to the office, and Milagros made it seem like it was my fault, asking me why I did not report the issues sooner when I had only been there 2 nights and had reported them the following day. Otherwise, I had a great interaction with every other employee there. Mr. Levi was my first point of contact, and he was a breeze to deal with. He needs a raise as well! Milagros needs more training in soft skills. To be honest, I think I might have just caught her on the wrong day at the wrong hour. When we were face to face, she was a bit easier to deal with.

Everything was ok

The instant pickup by Rideshare. Major highways near by greatly increases the pick up speed.

The property is remodeling. A bit of debris tends to build up during the remodeling daytime.

Location was perfect, everything was in good shape , price was acceptable

The only thing we were missing was that the room had a little kitchen but no pots and pans ,
