Peta at the front desk was amazing, very helpful during check-in, and any other questions we had, she did her best to make sure we were all set for our stay! Created a great experience overall! The manager is a lovely man, who takes pride in making sure everyone on the property is safe and does regular walk arounds to ensure everything is a-okay; Definitely would recommend to honestly anyone looking for a hotel to stay here for sure

Kids can’t play how they want to and the parking lot or outside when everyone pays money to stay out here just because it’s not a house or anything else kids should not have to be locked down in they hotel room every day like they or and jail that’s not right but everything else is very good out here and the people’s nice and look out for each other’s out here and some of the people’s that works out here is very nice and respectful as well some of them

it had some roaches but it was ok and the cable was acting up

Safe, clean, quiet except for the occasional music sessions on Friday night. New curtains were installed. Staff and manager was exceptionally helpful including security officers.

A few roaches, but it’s Florida in the summer; comes with the territory. The lights were out in the parking lot a few nights; hard to navigate parking spots in the dark.

My kids loved the pool it was a very beautiful &peaceful setting

The other ppl staying long term there threw dirt dirt in the pool so we couldn’t use it our last day

Staff in general were polite and willing to help. Location is good (not great) close to Florida Mall. You will need a car anyway. The lock in the first room wouldn’t work so we were moved to a better room next door, the lady receptionist was very nice and kind. Air conditioning was very good!

Parking lot does not feel safe with abandoned cars and broken windows. There were no cleaning throughout our stay, apparently they don’t offer this service which means we had to clean and take the trash outside. When we needed toilet paper we had to ask for more at the reception. The room wasn’t properly clean and it had some cockroaches sharing with us. The swimming pool was also closed.
