Wonderful! The hotel is brand new, it has everything you could ask for, the complimentary breakfast is huge and has Mickey Waffles and gluten free items aswell. They even have free transport for the parks. The room is new and beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Loved it!

This place was fabulous!! I was so impressed by how clean it was and the rooms were huge! The free breakfast was super with a wide selections of food. The pool was spectacular and having shopping and restaurants right across the street was super convenient. The restaurant and bar they had by the pool side had great food and drinks also. Loved the free shuttle to the Disney, but wish it ran earlier in the morning, but this place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you to all the polite staff, you all were awesome. We will stay here again for sure!

Everyone was very accomodating. From the minute I made my reservations, time there with questions and the time of check out. My daughter is part of the Disney College Program so this was a very positive first experience for us and we will definitely recommend this hotel to stay at in the future for all other participants. My family will be coming back. I especially enjoyed the chocolate, strawberry and original mickey mouse waffles LOL> You guys should really upgrade in small area a gift shop with some predisney park merchandise. Maybe a small spa type for parents to unwind if needed. Not all the time but something to try out LOL

I liked how clean the hotel was, how attentive the staff were to meet their guests needs, if there was an issue they were on top of resolving the matter within minutes and then followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was a variety of choices. Not just cereal, toast and fruit. The pool was very nice and the location was nice just wished there was transportation to other Disney parks

That certain amenities for Disney areas we were not included because we didn't stay at a specific Disney the resort. Couldn't ride the sky line, monorail or friendship boats. But other than that we were happy.

Great hotel and service, the only downside was our "Firework view" I assumed it would be a balcony so that was my mistake but they were really far away and not much of a view at all outside of our 1 window, we had all 4 of us trying to stand in front of 1 window trying to catch a very far off glimpse of the fireworks... But our "firework view" room was at the end of the hall so we didn't have to worry about hearing everyone coming and going down the hallway.. we were at the very end away from any noise or people. So that was the only upside. And Marvin was great help with purchasing Disney world tickets!!

The "firework view" , wasn't much of a view at all. And we couldn't figure out the light switches until the 2nd or 3rd night. The sofa bed and trundle was nice, so everyone had their own beds. The staff was great and the concierge was great too, the guy who helped us was named Marvin if I remember correctly and he was so helpful with getting the Disney tickets and everything set up on my phone!

Great location, can take a shuttle to Disney and back. Also laundry facilities at the property, and decent breakfast included

Breakfast - excellent. Better than Holiday Inn Express. Beds comfortable. Room large and convenient. Had some confusion about our reservation and the manager of the complex gave us great assistance. All the staff are friendly and well trained. We were in and out of the hotel for 4 nights and no one bothered our belongings or our sleep.

Walk-in shower leaked on the bathroom floor and the shower stall was slippery. Dangerous for a fall. There should have been more towels.

The location was convenient and centrally located to get to any of the parks within 15 minutes either by highway or surface streets. Any minor issues that came up were immediately taken care of. The staff was very nice and attentive.

Unless you are a Marriott Bonvoy member their internet is terrible. Free unsecured wi-fi is available but it’s slow and it also interferes with your cell service. If you want a good connection you basically need to pay for their service at a minimal rate.

I feel like this is a hidden gem I almost hate to divulge. The proximity to the parks without the extra traffic was golden. We were 10 minutes away from everything. Target and Walgreens right across the street had us wanting for nothing. The staff went above and beyond. We arrived late the night before and didn’t realize breakfast ended at 9:30. We walked down at 9:32 and they made sure we were still able to grab coffee and a quick breakfast. The large hotel pool and bar/restaurant area gave great resort vibes and were very relaxing after long days at the park. I feel I am pretty picky when it comes to hotels and I was very pleasantly surprised.

Communication about the rides to and from the parks could have been better.
