I love the fantastic customer service, I love the upkeep of the property on the inside & outside. I love the cleanliness. I love the room cleaning service. I love the free breakfast & mickey waffles! I love to be able to order drinks & food later at the pool. I love the temp of the pool water. I love my overall stay. I love the free shuttle to the theme parks ( not all theme parks) but it helped you saved money on Lyfts if you didn’t have a vehicle. i wish i had more pics the hotel was amazing , it should be rated 5 stars!

I honestly didn’t find anything that i didn’t like about the property

We loved this hotel. My family and I stayed for six days, and our experience was better than we had anticipated. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room itself was incredible; it was like a small apartment and super clean. The kitchen even had a minimum of utensils in case you wanted to cook or prepare something quick. Breakfast was included in the price, and for us, it was delicious. The pool area was very nice and inviting. We went to enjoy the Disney parks, and the hotel's location was more than perfect. There was even a small restaurant area, a Target, and a Walgreens store right outside the hotel. We loved it, and I definitely think we'll return on our next visit to Orlando.

The room was large and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped too. The pool was also nice. We loved our visit and will definitely stay again. Location was great for a visit to Disney, though traffic to the parks from the side the hotel is on gets a bit heavy at times. There is a convenient shopping area with a Target and restaurants just across from the hotel.

The charge for parking felt unnecessary; the hotel is not in a busy urban area where you’d expect to have to pay for parking (all the hotels in the Flamingo crossing have just decided to make extra revenue from parking). The shuttle to the parks, while free, leaves a lot to be desired. It runs at very limited times, so I wouldn’t count on the shuttle service.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Being close to Disney was a huge plus, and having a Target within walking distance made everything super convenient. I loved the bar and food options right by the pool – perfect for relaxing after a long day. Check-in was fast and easy, and the suite with a kitchen was a fantastic bonus. Would definitely stay again!

The $20 parking fee felt unnecessary – for a smaller resort like this, I really think parking should be free. The free breakfast was just okay, nothing to get excited about. Also, the walls are super thin. We had to play brown noise at night just to block out the loud crying and screaming from the child in the room next door. Definitely something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

If you are planning to visit Disney parks, then this hotel is best if you don't want to spend big money on Disney resorts. The drive to Magic Kingdom and Epcot was 15 mins and no traffic. This is a great place for family with kids. There are outlets, stores, coffee shops and eateries right next to the hotel. There is a nice bar pool side in-case you want to be in the pool and relax.

The breakfast was good but it was the same things for all the days I stayed there. Wish there was a bit more variety. Housekeeping was not everyday. So day 1 my trash was overflowing as I brought takeout and didn't have enough room in the trash can to dispose it off. The day after I arrived I went to Magic Kingdom and after a long day of running around, I was really looking forward to walk in to a clean room and made beds only to be disappointed that no housekeeping was done instead of saying "yes to housekeeping" at front desk.

What I really like about the Residence Inn by Marriott at Flamingo CROSSING Town Center is the location. It was close to Disney about 15 mins to 20 mins, depending on the park we attended. The town center is literally up the road with shops, mainly restaurants, 7/11 gas station on the corner, and if you forgot something at home or need something extra, Target is right there. The breakfast and laundry facilities were an added plus for me as I like to travel back with all my clothing already washed so that when I go back home, all I have to do is put away our clothing.

I would have liked my bed made daily, and my towels changed out as well but my guess is they do this for sustainable purposes, as well as to save energy and water based on the tag that I see hanging on the towel pole. Even though I had towels on the bathroom floor as a prompt to change out our towels.

Hotel was in a perfect location. It was incredibly clean throughout and bed was comfortable. Room was large and having a kitchen was great as we stayed for over a week. The pool area was also spotless and lovely to have on those hot days. We didn’t have an issue with finding parking in the lot out front but it is $20 per day to park there. Though this seems fairly standard. We loved our stay so much we actually returned for one more night before flying home. Laundry facilitated are also very useful for those with longer stays. Breakfast was good, though I would agree with what others have said and that some more options and variety would be better. The hotel is also very quiet and while we were on the second floor overlooking the pool, we didn’t have any issues with noise.

Honestly nothing.

I will give the pros and cons of our short weekend stay. First, the pros: The staff is exceptional! Big shout outs to Ethan at the front desk, Javier at breakfast, and Charles at the pool bar. Because of their excellent customer service, I would stay here again. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choices, and Mickey waffles for the kids. The room was clean and very roomy. We did not need the full kitchen for this stay, but the refrigerator was appreciated. The pillows were great and the air cold. The cons: Shuttle service to the parks is very limited. It is a free service offered by the hotel, but you may end up having to take an Uber. For instance, Animal Kingdom (AK) opened from 8a-8p. The shuttle left for AK at 8:45a and the only shuttle back was at 5p. This did not make sense to us, but maybe it works for some. As far as a Marriott hotel, this is the first one I encountered that did not leave waters for Elite guests and did not have lotion included in the toiletries. The water pressure was a 5 on a scale of 10 - 10, being awesome.

Loved the free breakfast! This location was close to all Disney locations. My partner and I uber/lyfted everywhere from this location. There is also a nice plaza right across from the hotel that has ample food selections. The king studio was very nice and spacious for our needs. There is a water refill station in the gym which I appreciated because I drink a lot of water. Overall, our stay was excellent. I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Disney World. We would love to come back if we are visiting again.
