If you are planning to visit Disney parks, then this hotel is best if you don't want to spend big money on Disney resorts. The drive to Magic Kingdom and Epcot was 15 mins and no traffic. This is a great place for family with kids. There are outlets, stores, coffee shops and eateries right next to the hotel. There is a nice bar pool side in-case you want to be in the pool and relax.

The breakfast was good but it was the same things for all the days I stayed there. Wish there was a bit more variety. Housekeeping was not everyday. So day 1 my trash was overflowing as I brought takeout and didn't have enough room in the trash can to dispose it off. The day after I arrived I went to Magic Kingdom and after a long day of running around, I was really looking forward to walk in to a clean room and made beds only to be disappointed that no housekeeping was done instead of saying "yes to housekeeping" at front desk.

What I really like about the Residence Inn by Marriott at Flamingo CROSSING Town Center is the location. It was close to Disney about 15 mins to 20 mins, depending on the park we attended. The town center is literally up the road with shops, mainly restaurants, 7/11 gas station on the corner, and if you forgot something at home or need something extra, Target is right there. The breakfast and laundry facilities were an added plus for me as I like to travel back with all my clothing already washed so that when I go back home, all I have to do is put away our clothing.

I would have liked my bed made daily, and my towels changed out as well but my guess is they do this for sustainable purposes, as well as to save energy and water based on the tag that I see hanging on the towel pole. Even though I had towels on the bathroom floor as a prompt to change out our towels.

I will give the pros and cons of our short weekend stay. First, the pros: The staff is exceptional! Big shout outs to Ethan at the front desk, Javier at breakfast, and Charles at the pool bar. Because of their excellent customer service, I would stay here again. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choices, and Mickey waffles for the kids. The room was clean and very roomy. We did not need the full kitchen for this stay, but the refrigerator was appreciated. The pillows were great and the air cold. The cons: Shuttle service to the parks is very limited. It is a free service offered by the hotel, but you may end up having to take an Uber. For instance, Animal Kingdom (AK) opened from 8a-8p. The shuttle left for AK at 8:45a and the only shuttle back was at 5p. This did not make sense to us, but maybe it works for some. As far as a Marriott hotel, this is the first one I encountered that did not leave waters for Elite guests and did not have lotion included in the toiletries. The water pressure was a 5 on a scale of 10 - 10, being awesome.

The hotel is 5min drive to the entrance of Disney World (20 min by car to the TTC) so it is perfect as a starting point for Disney parks. The location is very clean, rooms are specious and very well equipped. Pool is heated and big enough to accommodate the guests that want to relax. For the breakfast you have options from where to choose and it’s a big plus if you want to grab something quick before going to the parks early in the morning. The personal is helpful. For us it was the second stop on a longer vacation and it was very good that there is a room where you can wash and dry your clothes for only 6$. Overall it was perfect for our stay in Orlando.

Relatively new accommodation so all facilities are in good shape. Everything is very clean as well. Room was well layed out with a separate kitchen and seating area. Nice gym area and swimming pool as well. The hotel is located across the flamingo Centre which is a new area with restaurants and shopping/supermarkets. So well located. All in all a perfect stay.

Nothing really. Although the breakfast area can be crowded during peak hours but plenty of space to find your seating. Choice of breakfast was also good.

It was clean and comfortable. The hotel rooms felt new. Good value. We would stay again. The room was large and there was a kitchen. The bathroom was also large and much better than most other hotel bathrooms in the same price range.

Breakfast could be better. The steam iron left a stain on my shirt, requested a different one from the hotel front desk, they couldn’t send it the same day. The front desk could not meet some of our simple demands at entry, but they were kind.

If you’re planning on going to any of the Disney parks, the location of this hotel is perfect!! Our room was beautiful! We had 2 queen beds separate from the living room as well as a kitchen. Complementary breakfast which included Mickey waffles! There was something for the whole family to eat! The only thing that was a negative to us, especially because of having small children, was that we were next to the pool (which was very cute but nothing spectacular) They had music on most of the time! Our first night the music played until 11PM! The following night we knew what to expect so our friend who was also staying at the hotel just asked the front desk if they could turn it off and they did with no questions! Over all this stay was wonderful would definitely recommend especially if you plan on going to any of the Disney parks!

Wonderful off beaten path community is under development seems like but new stores are in process Target near and several places to eat close. The hotel is very clean and our room was nice and roomy for family of 4. Front desk check in was very friendly evening shift. Breakfast was good could use more items like grits, keishes but other than that it was good no complaints. Will definately stay here again as we will be traveling to Orlando in the near future.

Everything! From the esthetics to the breakfast buffet to the friendly front desk staff all great!Mist of all I’d like to commend the excellent staff working around the clock to maintain this property looking like new. Saw painters touching up scuff marks, power washers cleaning the floors, dusting ceiling fixtures … it was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Excellent job!!

Thermostat is not user friendly. It took a few tries before we could understand how to get it to the right cool temperature.

The hotel was brand new and spotless! The suites were spacious and extremely well appointed! We were visiting family, but its proximity to the Disney Parks would be a huge bonus in the future! We did go to Disney Springs for dinner and it was easy and quick! An added bonus is all the dining options and a Target in walking distance.

Honestly, everything was excellent! The only even slight bummer was the pool was so heavily chlorinated that our eyes were burning after a few hours of swimming. But I guess that's the tradeoff for a "family friendly" stay! The other thing for families to be aware of is our room didn't have a bathtub. Not a big deal for us since our son is bigger but for a family with tiny tots that might be a challenge.
