This place was fabulous!! I was so impressed by how clean it was and the rooms were huge! The free breakfast was super with a wide selections of food. The pool was spectacular and having shopping and restaurants right across the street was super convenient. The restaurant and bar they had by the pool side had great food and drinks also. Loved the free shuttle to the Disney, but wish it ran earlier in the morning, but this place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you to all the polite staff, you all were awesome. We will stay here again for sure!

Wonderful! The hotel is brand new, it has everything you could ask for, the complimentary breakfast is huge and has Mickey Waffles and gluten free items aswell. They even have free transport for the parks. The room is new and beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Loved it!

Great hotel and service, the only downside was our "Firework view" I assumed it would be a balcony so that was my mistake but they were really far away and not much of a view at all outside of our 1 window, we had all 4 of us trying to stand in front of 1 window trying to catch a very far off glimpse of the fireworks... But our "firework view" room was at the end of the hall so we didn't have to worry about hearing everyone coming and going down the hallway.. we were at the very end away from any noise or people. So that was the only upside. And Marvin was great help with purchasing Disney world tickets!!

The "firework view" , wasn't much of a view at all. And we couldn't figure out the light switches until the 2nd or 3rd night. The sofa bed and trundle was nice, so everyone had their own beds. The staff was great and the concierge was great too, the guy who helped us was named Marvin if I remember correctly and he was so helpful with getting the Disney tickets and everything set up on my phone!

I feel like this is a hidden gem I almost hate to divulge. The proximity to the parks without the extra traffic was golden. We were 10 minutes away from everything. Target and Walgreens right across the street had us wanting for nothing. The staff went above and beyond. We arrived late the night before and didn’t realize breakfast ended at 9:30. We walked down at 9:32 and they made sure we were still able to grab coffee and a quick breakfast. The large hotel pool and bar/restaurant area gave great resort vibes and were very relaxing after long days at the park. I feel I am pretty picky when it comes to hotels and I was very pleasantly surprised.

Loved the location to where we had to go as we were picking up our daughter now that the Disney College Program ended. We loved how clean it was as we walked into the lobby, the hotel and the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Abi. Love the fitness room, warm pool and that Abi went out of her way to provide my husband with a request she could have just blown off.

The pull out couch had a few stain marks on it, but they provided us with sheets we could put over it. My husband even asked for new blanket and they didn’t hesitate to give him one. The hot breakfast options could use a little more variety but it was ok nonetheless.

Location was very convenient with easy access to Walt Disney properties. Many restaurants within walking distance. Free breakfast provided had a lot of options and was well stocked. Plenty of seating for guests. Staff was friendly. Fireworks view was fantastic!

We didn't realize there was a daily parking fee. It was easy to pay but also easy to overlook. Housekeeping didn't come every day so you had to request towel replacement which was hard to coordinate when at the parks for long hours.

The room was very clean, and the location was good. The breakfast was a nice perk, me and my wife loved the frozen yogurt machine in the lobby. There was a Target within walking distance which was very convenient. If you are going to Disney be prepared to pay for Uber if you do not have a car. The shuttle is free, but the times are not ideal. There was also not a shuttle for Epcot, or at least not that we saw.

The restaurant on site was mediocre. The staff was not attentive at all and were rude. We waited 45 minutes for a KIDS MEAL while everyone around us got their lavish meals before us. I had to get up to remind the waitress about our order and she exclaimed that it was taking so long because it was busy. I have been a server for many years and that was not busy, I can not imagine how they would react if it was actually busy. The prices in person were higher than the menu online. Order Uber eats or walk to Wendy's if you are hungry. Avoid the restaurant on-site unless you want to be scammed.

Cleanliness, staff, value for money and the swimming pool.

I didn’t like that there were only 2 schedules available to go to Disney world, one is at 8am where it was already full during booking and the other is at 10:30 am. I can’t blame the hotel because it was from a different company but I hope if they were that busy for transportation services bus schedules should have more than 2 schedules during the morning to got to disney and evening for pick up.
