The sales assistant in the gift shop (Katie) was very helpful in assisting us to find a Disney gift and let us know where to find this. She was very honest and helpful with sizing of a T-shirt. We thought the water taxi was great and convenient.

We weren’t happy when asked if we wanted house keeping and we said ‘yes’,only to find that there was a cost for this when it came to paying the account otherwise we would not have agreed to housekeeping. Also, the day before we checked out we didn’t use housekeeping as the room was not done when we returned from Epcot so we asked not to bother doing the room. We were charged for this service.

Clean and close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios

The buses to the parks are not reliable as far as time and stop at both the Swan and swan reserve so there may not be room after waiting 30 plus minutes. Make other plans. I love the property but will not be staying again b/c of parking. The lot was full on more than one occasion as I could see many open spots blocked off by valet. Was told valet is a third party company. After speaking to valet the man looked at me and said you can valet for $16 more or try the swan and swan reserve and walk. I have spent way too much money to stay at a deluxe hotel not to have parking. Therefore, sadly this will be the last time we stay here.

The room was clean and well appointed but lacked a refrigerator. There was coffee and two bottles of water. The bathroom was nice and included a tub - rare. The lobby and common areas are nice and the restaurants are good quality. The location is as convenient as it gets for visiting Disney Parks.

The room we selected was a traditional room - no view. We chose it because it was a short trip and we expected not to be spending a ton of time in the room. However, there was a view of all of the dumpsters at the hotel and the loading dock. As you can imagine, it was busy most of the time so we kept the curtains drawn.

The hotel is amazing along with the pool. Location is great for Epcot and right next to the boardwalk.

Parking fee is outrageous at $38 a night. I know this hotel isn’t owned by Disney but with them using their name they should be held to the same standards in regarding to parking and resort fees

The biggest advantage of Disney’s Dolphin Resort is its unbeatable location—right in the heart of the Epcot Resort area—at a fraction of the cost of nearby Disney-owned hotels. While the theming isn’t as immersive or “magical” as traditional Disney resorts, the facilities are excellent and there’s a wider range of dining options than at some of the Disney-run hotels in the same area. It does have a bit of a conference hotel atmosphere, and the presence of many business guests can sometimes break the Disney bubble, but overall it’s a very practical and well-equipped place to stay.

The rooms, though nicely styled, are noticeably worn and in need of renovation. Fortunately, renovations appear to be underway, so this will likely improve in the near future.

The hotel is ideally located, with an exceptionally helpful staff. The connection to Disney runs seamlessly, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I arrived with my son and, while the stay was pleasant overall, there were a couple of disappointments. I had booked a room with a balcony specifically to view the fireworks show, and requested a higher floor. Unfortunately, I was placed on the third floor, where the view was partially obstructed by trees and buildings, limiting the fireworks display. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small and outdated, clearly in need of renovation to meet modern standards. The use of curtains in the shower caused frequent leaks, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the hotel’s restaurants are excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes. I highly recommend trying all the dining options, including those at the Swan. Despite the room issues, it was a good overall experience.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful. They remembered me and my requests easily. I want expecting that because there’s so many people. I interacted with the Bag guys and the Valet guys who could not be sweeter. Front check in was also great and helpful. Offered things to help me with my stay, and made sure I had everything I needed. The property itself is pretty. Lots to walk around and see. The pool especially was really great. Perfect for my 2 year old and also for my 12 year old.

I had a hard time figuring out the phone situation to order room service and I really felt like the room service was very overpriced. I expected it to be more because we’re in Disney, but the quality of the food did not meet the level of the price

Proximity to Hollywood Studios was our main reason for booking this hotel! It is stunning! Rooms are beautiful, staff are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back and stay!

This is the tiniest critic! The gym has signs stating over 18s only at 6am there was 2 kids maybe 10-12 years old with no parents “playing” with the machines in the gym. Trying to get a workout done this was annoying, as a gym owner I was so concerned and distracted that they were going to hurt themselves swinging off machines as they tried to figure out how they work! This was my only complaint! There is no staff monitoring the gym or perhaps they only work certain hours and wouldn’t expect 2 kids to be up at that hour in the gym. Supermarket on site shop was very expensive BUT to be expected with onsite hotels!

My check in with Santiago was AMAZING! He was so nice, helpful and friendly. I also got great service with help about the busses and Disney Run questions. Everyone was very nice. The amenities were great, the pool and it wasn't a hotel innundated with kids. It had more of a convention crowd feel which I really liked.

The desk where we checked our bags the day of checkout wasn't very good. The guy wasn't very nice and he was borderline rude. He was also by himself with no help tagging bags and bringing them to the back room. He got help later but he wasn't the friendliest person to deal with.

I loved the location! Close to all the parks and walking distance to Disney Boardwalk Epcot an Hollywood.

I didn't like it when we got there we checked in our room and it smelled so bad. So housekeeping came and sprayed it, which made it worse. They were just trying to help. So I went down to front desk an they put us in another room well that room was dirty as in a bunch of towels in the tub an fast food cups an wrappers every where an bed not made. So, I went back down to the front desk . So they put us in a suite and comp us some money on our account . Even though it was a pain to keep moving with 2 small grandchildren room to room. The hotel staff was very quick to accommodate us. I would definitely stay again
