The room was nice and spacious. Everything was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk clerks were nice.

When you turned the hot water on to use the bathroom sink, it smelled like sulphur....every single time. The breakfast attendant was very rude. There weren't any plates left, so I asked for one. She told me they were out of plates, I told her she couldn't be out of plates...breakfast was still going on for another 2 hours. She just stood there and stared at me. I asked her to please go get some plates so I could eat. She rolled her eyes and stomped away...bringing back a stack of plates. Just rude, rude, rude.

My husband asked the front desk clerk what time was the pool opened and what time is breakfast served and she had an attitude as though she was annoyed at him asking those questions.he needed to know so we could appropriately plan our day . It was about 10 pm at night so she may have had a long day and was tired.Having said that Jazmine and made up for that .She was awesome and so was Pauline in the breakfast area . Would stay here again.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Fruit salad tasted like a chemical was added. Eggs watery pork watery oranges and bananas sub quality the waffles are the best part of breakfast. Made fresh by the guest. Coffee was great No conditioner in room bottles was empty Rust by bottom of shower door Ice machines out of order except on first floor

We loved our experience in this hotel. Every single person that works in this hotel that we interacted with was wonderful. The area is great and pretty much has everything you need in the vicinity. Hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast in this hotel is awesome.

This particular stay some perimeter doors around the hotel to gain entry to the hotel by where you parked were out of order. They had one the was disconnected by the back of the hotel so you can gain entry to hotel with out hotel key just didn’t feel safe. Over the weekend one of the two elevators went down and out of order so a lot of extra walking to get back and forth to your room. They did have the elevator back up and running by Monday early afternoon. Pillows were not comfortable they go very flat once you lay on them. The blanket that’s provided to use on the pull out couch felt like rubber. The pull out couch was not very comfortable and the main king size bed was just ok.

It's a newer hotel. Lobby, dining area, room, and the property are all like new. The breakfast was good and the area well attended.

I can't really fault the hotel for building early in an area that appears in progress of being developed. Give it 5-10 years for restaurants and other businesses to build in around this nice hotel.

LOCATION - THE HOTEL WAS LESS THAN TWO MILES FROM OUR NEW HOME. SUITE - LIVING ROOM, KITCHENETTE, SEPARATE BEDROOM WITH HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM. ALSO THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY FRENDLY AND ACCOMODATING.

NOTHING ITS A GREAT PALCE TO STAY.

The location was great nothing was too far for us to get to. Room was clean spacious and relaxing. The staff was polite and friendly if we needed anything.

The price could have been better. Also the water pressure was low in the shower.

WE BOOKED AN ADDIITIONAL DAY AHEAD OF OUR 3 DAY STAY BECAUSE WE WERE ABLE TO GET THERE EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. RECEPTIONIST WAS ABLE TO PLACE US IN THE SAME ROOM SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO MOVE ROOMS. VERY ACCOMODATING.

Very clean, very comfortable. Great location and reasonably priced. Staff was extremely friendly and knew who I was upon arrival which gave it an extremely personal touch. I will book again the next time I visit family in South Florida.
