This Best Western in Stuart did a great job. everything was easy, fast and the room was perfect. It was peaceful, quiet, the bed was very comfy, and everything ran as expected including fast wifi. I did a late check out where I even had to go over 30 minutes past the checkout time. They did mention that they charge 15$ for every hour thereafter. Upon checking out at the front desk. I asked if I would be charged the full $15 or if they prorated the minutes. I was ready to pay the charge fee but the nice lady receptionist, said that it was quite alright and did not have to pay the fee. To my surprise, I was relieved! That's great customer service people. pay attention! Thank you. I really thought all best western are low-grade hotels and it was going to be a subpar experience because they usually are, but the one in Stuart exceed my expectations. Nice job guys! I recommend this hotel.

Friendly service. Quiet place to sleep, if you don't mind the trains late in the evening and early in the morning. Perhaps the rooms at the rear side are more exposed to the train horn noise than the others. But it didn't bother me much and it wouldn't stop me from booking again if I had to be in the area.

It's not a matter of not liking. The hotel happens to be located in an area with not very much to do or see nearby, but this wasn't the goal of our stay anyway. As a stopover on a longer trip along the Florida East Coast, the hotel is conveniently located and prices are correct. For business people in the area, a hotel in a more industrial area probably is also well located.

We stayed here about 8 years ago and it was a disaster! The parking lot was gravel there was lots of nails and we lost two tires to flats the place was not well maintained. This was 100% different! Someone is cleaning all the time. This rooms are spotless, the parking lot is incredible, a mattress was so good I didn't want to leave it behind. Breakfast is better than most and they're certainly is plenty of it. The pool is pristine.

We liked everything about it. I think we need to join a program so that it's a little less costly but we did not feel we got ripped off in any way. Things have just gone up

I have chosen the hotel because of its location (I had some business activities in a short distance). The parking is very big and comfortable. Beds are big. Many towels. Air condition in the room. Comfortable sockets (power and USB) close to the bed for charging phones/computers/etc. Staff very friendly. The room was well cleaned every day.

The fan in the bathroom is very noisy. The walls are very thin, so I heard what the neighbor was watching on TV and the party at the swimming pool. Breakfast is a joke, but this is - I suppose - a standard in hotels in the USA. Air condition is also a bit noisy.

Outside rooms awful location by carpark and you hear the nearby trains all night. GET A COURTYARD ROOM then its excellent

Room was cleaned every after noon and supplied with plenty on new linens. Pool was very nice, parking accommodation are excellent if you have a trailer or boat. 5 mins from boat ramp. Breakfast daily was great. Staff was great!

The AC could not cool the entire room (double queen room) set on 60 degrees.

I used to work there 50 years ago when it was a Holiday Inn and was pleasantly surprised at how good it looked and been recently renovated. The free breakfast was very good and lady maintaining it kept it well stocked and clean.

It's close to the train tracks and flight pattern of the executive airport but I knew that and it didn't bother me.

I have never stayed at a Best Western as nice as this. Front desk was friendly. Room was very clean and updated. I have not one negative thing to say about this establishment. I generally do not choose Best Western for an extended stay but I certainly will choose this one again and again.

Nothing, I felt for the most part tht I got a decent deal on it. We all want tht great deal but really can't complain tht much about the price
