r. I Was an evacuee from hurricane Milton. We had electricity and food in tiki bar. Staff was extraordinary! From plumber to front desk to maid service.

We did not have a small refrigerator! It was a "chill box ! ??? This hotel charged a resort fee which was ridiculous. In every hotel/ motel I have ever stayed in for 60 years has provided in the room rate: microwave/ small fridge; coffee maker; coffee/ water in lobby, etc. And a pool and hot tub,. Opal Corp needs to change their required " resort fee". Charge for beach chairs, etc., but NOT for normal room amenities.

The staff is exceptional and will do everything in their power to ensure their guests are comfortable, welcomed and well-cared for. I was not terribly impressed with the room. the bathroom was uncomfortably small. The TV was disconnected from the internet entirely, and I needed to call maintenance to reconnect the cable antennae so my partner could watch the Masters. There were also stains on the couch pillows and rust stains on the curtains from erosion of their metal hardware. We paid extra for a balcony, only to discover that all ocean-facing rooms have a sliding glass door that opens to enjoy the views and sounds. And while they say they are pet friendly, they fail to mention until you check in and have no choice but to accept, that they charge you $100/day to accommodate that pet. So that was disappointing. Their cafe prices for breakfast are also INSANE. I do not recommend eating on the premises. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, but the cost was exorbitant.

Great location, right on the beach! Overall, it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room spacious. The pool area was small but plenty of places to relax, and having beach right outside was amazing!

The WiFi was super slow. Had to take a work meeting and couldn’t use the wifi so ended up using my cell phone data instead. The bathroom was oddly small, no counter space at all so getting ready in the am was awkward. The price (including resort fees) was different than what Booking.com told me it would be, and honestly would’ve expected more for that price.

loved the beach front location and waking up to the sound of the ocean daily. The coffee in the lobby was excellent and the hotel had a great breakfast and tiki bar which offered delicious food. The hotel is well maintained and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We spent one evening on the pool patio and enjoyed the hot tub and bar drinks/food (pizza, mahi mahi salad was absolutely wonderful!) I would stay here again!

The only thing I didn't like is not having a counter space in the bathroom and a place to hang towels/wet bathing suits. Other than that was excellent

We were on the 7th floor facing the ocean and I loved the huge sliding glass doors that opened up to the beach and, In my opinion, were better than having a balcony. I loved the sound of the waves. I loved the Nest brand soaps, gels, and creams provided. I loved the microwave in the room, as well as the usual fridge. The complimentary coffee in the lobby between 6AM and Noon. The breakfast burrito in your breakfast cafe was really good too.

When you advertised a room online as being $198 a night and then it actually ends up being $398 a night because of all the add ons (an extra $35 a day to use the pool and facilities? Come on, that should be in the price of the room as it's not an option!) Then other hidden fees, seems like false advertising. Just put the true cost of the room to start with!

Oh my goodness what a gem of a place in Stuart! Where do I start? Well the room is spacious, I didn't hear anybody thru the walls, we were on the 8th(top floor) and it was very quiet. My test is when I open the door, if a musty or wet dog smell hits my nose, I am done. This room had no bad odor whatsoever. Its not old looking or dated. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The access to the beach was perfect and we were there on a Monday so there were hardly any people there. The staff was phenomenal. Meredith greeted us late at night when we arrived and she was so pleasant and checked us in with no hassle. Joe answered our questions the night before we checked in and the following day he was at the front desk and met all our needs. We were able to extend our check out time and if you want to stay extra time we just paid by the hour. What a concept, letting people stay by the hour, amazing. He also helped me welcome some family members to join us at the beach area and was so flexible and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Lastly, Lisa was at the Tiki Bar and took care of our food and drink order and again went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. I can't say enough about this place. Oh the breakfast was very yummy. It was not included but it did not disappoint. I will be back. Parking was no hassle as well. It is 15 minutes away from downtown Stuart.

Nice room very clean. Comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Good climate control. Nice bath and shower. Been here before.

The fact that there is no walkway between the Lucie and Kyle's restaurant next-door is a corporate shortcoming. My assumption is that the Lucy is too damn cheap to pay for the breakthrough and or the Kyle won't let them. I think both parties would be beneficiaries and that it is stupid, just plain stupid, that their issues have not been resolved. The only person penalized is your guest.

What i loved was the service, the staff are on another level, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I requested a quiet room, and the person next door tried to open the adjacent door (connecting door) twice. However, i called the front desk and the person on duty came up and knocked on the door, and that made this neighbor stop and go to bed, but she also had a zoom meeting at 6:30 am, and decided to have same in her room and not use a headpiece, so we were woken up at 6:30 am, with her talking really loud to the zoom meeting.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, my overall experience was quite pleasant. The hotel itself was immaculate, offering a comforting sense of cleanliness. The rooms were not only neat, but also quite comfortable which made my stay there very relaxing. The staff deserve a special mention as well. They were welcoming right from the get-go and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

However, there was one downside that I feel needs to be addressed. The pet fee of $100 per night seems quite excessive. While I understand the need for such a fee, I believe the amount is too high and could potentially deter pet owners like myself from staying in the future. Despite this, I hold the hotel in high regard and would recommend it to others, although pet owners might want to consider the extra cost.

The room and facilities were excellent. The room was big and very clean and the view was phenomenal being right on beach. What really stood out was the staff though. Everyone that we interacted with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the communication before, during and after (checkout) was excellent. They were very proactive in reaching out and resolving any questions (late check-out time, we were travelling with a toddler so we needed a crib). We couldn't have been happier or more impressed with our stay, the staff specifically.
