Pools, access to beach, new rooms were very nice.

On going construction and it seems that it’s a bit under staffed. The staff was so very helpful and tried to do everything they could for us but we could tell that they were working extra hard to compensate for the skeleton crew

Nolan- assisted us first thing. He was pleasurable, welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home! He is a must! Eileen - at the front desk, we had some issues and she happily resolved them and made sure we were satisfied. All with a sense of humor and a smile! Thank you so much! Gitana- was a wonderful ray of sunshine at our meals. Right on the service with a smile and was more than accommodating to us. Takes good care of the service and food was wonderful.

The rug in the room was a little stinky. We rolled it up. They had some construction Saturday morning at 0615, but made sure it didn’t happen again.

I loved everything about the resort except the last day I was put into another room because I extended my stay. We could not operate the light or ceiling fan because the remote was not in the room and I paid for a King suite in the tower but was given a double bed room. The room was humid until the air came on and then once it turned off it was back humid again. The sheets on the beds were different than the other room that I had previously stayed....the sheers were rough and not comfortable at all and then I woke up to my thighs burning. The sheets had my legs with all types of bumps on them. Over all my stay was very good but that last night could have been better.

I did not like the bedding on the beds at all....they were too rough and it was hot off and on.

The resort is beautifully landscaped, the property is well maintained. The food was wonderful, the staff was professional and friendly. The room was clean, the amenities are modern and comfortable. I would stay there again.

We were running from a hurricane. The property is on the island and there was a chance that we would be forced to leave during a force evacuation. None of which is a bad mark on the property. Fortunately, there was no storm surge and our vehicle was safe. Luckily the vehicle was undercover.

we were guests there during the Hurricane Milton. As you can imagine we were incredibly stressed out & the breakfast staff were congenial, attentive & prepared a nutritious meal for us.

as guests during the Hurricane Milton, this resort accepted all pet owners. what was unfortunate for the few abiding by the unwritten "hotel pet code", is that there were many NOT abiding. It was a bad look for all the pet owners & created more unnecessary work for the staff. bad form!

Unfortunately, I came in heavy rains which continued during my stay. I also had torn ligaments in my knee so I didnt see outside the room. I liked the staff willingness to assist me, make my life comfortable, change my room to a first floor unit with covered parking and bring dinner to me. Very impressive customer service!

Small nitpick! The room and the bathroom was too big. Maybe fill some space with plants, sculptures, water fountains? Somehow bring the natural beauty of the ocean environment into the room?

It was on the news ocean.

Our TV went out on Friday. We were told it would have to be replaced on Saturday. We had to call again Monday morning about it. The man came immediately and fixed it. It was a simple fix. There was no record of our initial call.

The staff are wonderful and the hotel is very clean. The front desk team, bar and restaurant staff, as well as the service staff, all so polite. The room was large and comfortable. Latitude pool bar had great food and quick service. Good parking.

It was a little noisy. We had kids above us running around, opening and slamming the balcony door. There was a DJ one day and we had to leave, too loud.

Great breakfast buffet, fresh juices and a chef making omelettes to order. Awesome pool atmosphere, the beach was the highlight of our trip. Really nice left and righthand break for surfing just out front of the access. Food at the tiki bar beachside was great quality and super convenient, no need to leave the beach area.

At time of our visit there was low availability of beach chairs-make sure to get there early, around 9am to ensure you get a set.

Cleaning not done even once in 3 days We asked 4 times the coffee machine to be fixed or replaced but didn’t If we exclude this two issues the rest was perfect, simply amazing!
