The location was great and it was the only hotel in the area that offered an onsite restaurant, which was important to our travel. The food and restaurant staff were exceptional as was the courteous and attentive staff. The hotel is undergoing some renovation and we stayed in the new area, which was great. The only thing that stopped the review from being a full 10 was some noise from other guests. There was a convention of sorts and they were loud late into the night, but our overall stay was excellent.

Breakfast was good although menu is limited. Location to beaches and shopping is excellent. Pool was fantastic, Was a little noisy due to it's location on route 1 but overall was a great stay!

Very loud during the week. Too many people, loud doors closing at 11p-3a and when pets are involved it stresses everyone out or doesn’t sleep well … But that’s hard to predict

we sought help the staff was there..We i When we arrives around 9 PM after a long hard drive through some rough thunderstorms from the west coast of Florida the very alert man at the desk welcomed us as royalty, not just an old couple seeking refuge for one night. We were in town for doctor appointments the next day and stressed with uncertainty as to our future. He addressed some problems as my wife, dog and myself needed some comfort and understanding far beyond a simple guest. Everytime

I saw so much improvements in the hotel that any problem was being addressed and changes were evident as we have stayed here several times over the last few years and some things had aged and were in need of repair.

Amazing and caring staff. Good location with decent room price. Breakfast is tasty and has good options. Note that the breakfast is made to order and not a buffet.

I liked the hotel front desk staff. The girls there did a wonderful job. They were welcoming and very helpful. And the hotel was so clean. It smelt good and that means the world to me. The house keeping staff does a wonderful job. I was very happy with my stay. I will definitely stay again. It was beautiful outside. The pool area ..ect

No microwave in the rooms and no freezer part for the fridge.

the pool was wonderful!! only minus was hot tub didn’t have the jets. an the lock into pool wasn’t working so that was a real pain.

Memorable for me was helpful staff at a reception and a delicious veggie breakfast prepared by Phil ( I think that was his name) in the kitchen and served by delightful Pam in front.

Stayed for one night and couldn't fault anything.

The location was difficult to find when using imaps on my phone.

The building just needs newer updates and improvements. The hotel didn’t look like the one photos online. We were disappointed for the amount of money we paid for a one night stay.
