Front desk staff were super nice and friendly and knowledgeable about the area and beach. This 2 bed 2 bathroom condo was on the third floor (rm 304) has a kitchen so you can make breakfast which is one of the things i liked about the property. It has a full kitchen with all the utensils, glassware and everything you need to put a meal together except the food. I went shopping when i arrived at a nearby Publix supermarket. All major appliances dishwasher drip coffeemaker, toaster, micro refrig were updated and in working order. There are many restaurants and fast food options nearby. Not exactly walking distance but a short car ride away. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. The real amenity is the view and access to the beach. I rented chairs and umbrella at the beach in front of the hotel and i suggest you do the same. Real comfortable and just a zen day at the beach. See attached photo. Chad who manages/owns the chair rental was on target with info about the area and renting chairs for the day. He has apple pay!!! So no cash needed. He's super friendly. Enjoy! There's also a large swimming pool at the property which looked fantastic and refreshing but i didn't use it. Others were enjoying though.

It's a bit deserted in the night time. There's no one at the front desk and it's dark. It is a very safe area i didn't feel at risk. I'm from a big city so security is always a priority. I am always on guard so it was just noticeable to me.

The unit was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The ocean views were great.

The property is aging and undergoing some much-needed renovation. Fortunately for us, the construction was at the other end of the building and the noise didn't bother us while we were in the unit. Also, was surprised that the property charged us a separate $65 (plus taxes) cleaning fee, as the Booking.com listed clearly stated that the cleaning fee was INCLUDED in the total price for the stay. Currently working with Booking.com customer service to get a refund for the $65 fee, but have not yet resolved the issue. Bottom line, if the listing for this property states that the $65 cleaning fee is included, don't believe it, as the Turtle Reef front desk stated that the cleaning fee is ALWAYS charged by the property at the time of check-in.

Location was right on the ocean which was fantastic. We didnt know about the rules this time of year with regard to the Turtle nesting and being discouraged to put on the screened in balcony lights but we understood about the endangered species status of sea turtles and of course complied. The balcony was peaceful and all faced the ocean either directly or at a 45 degree angle. Location was great as it was close to shopping of all types and the apartment itself was well laid out with our older kids having their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely come back. One of the chair cushions were badly stained on the balcony but i just flipped it over and carried on and didnt make a big deal about such a small matter. While we were there a pipe burst and that affected several apartments. Luckliy ours werent affected and this review couldve gone a lot differently. The building im told is over 50 yrs old so these things happen and im sure they relocated all of the residents who were affected. The price was right for this great location and accommodations. You can rent an umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach for $20 which seemed reasonable.

Absolutely delightful! The staff was fabulous, the condo was perfect for our needs!

We were on the bottom level, I wish we had a better view of the ocean, but this is my fault for not verifying the level of our condo. Due to being bottom level, the sand fleas or N......I dont remember what the name of those creatures are made sitting on the balcony a nightmare.

There are plenty of amenities and kitchen are full equipped!

Wallpaper peeling and blowdryers are damaged due to being plugged too long. Can be hazard if no one are paying attention. My partner and I are Deaf and if there are fires, we would not hear the fire alarm.

The unit we had was very spacious, clean, and had a great view! We are a family of four, so for us, this was a great room.

We liked everything. The faucet in the hallway shower was a little stiff, but other than that, the room was great!

THE HOTEL WAS UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS AND A JACKHAMMER WAS LOUDLY GOING ALL DAY I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED IF I WAS AWARE

The place is spacious, clean and in an excellent location.

The only complaint I have is that the bed in the main bedroom was noisy and uncomfortable.
