The check in staff was very attentive to customers. They created you ad soon as you walked up. The hotel was decorated very well. Very comforting. Valet was a breeze. Everyone I spoke to when I had a question was able to share details about the resort. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The restaurant for dinner had a good variety of food choices. The food took a little long, but it was very very tasty. The location of the restaurant was on point. You have the opportunity to dine outside where you can hear the ocean as well, or dine inside and still have an ocean view. The rooms were clean and spacious. They have 2 sides to the resort. I was able to check both sides out. I love the side of the resort that has 5 floors. The scenery is absolutely perfect. Being able to watch the sunrise and listen to the calming waters made the stay even better. There are also plenty of restaurants outside on the main as well. So this makes it a great choice to stay for both those that have family and those that just want to stay as a couple. You will feel welcomed either way. Oh and before i forget, the hotel is literally on the beach. You walk out on the pier and you are on the warm sand. We saw mini crabs running into the holes they made too. It was awesome. I would certainly recommend this resort to anyone looking just to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

We came to this hotel to evacuate from a hurricane. We showed up with 2 cars, 3 kids, and a cat. We were expecting to go to a friends house, until her house was evacuated as well, so we showed up to the resort with mostly jammies! The woman who checked us in was so sweet and accommodating. She changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king! We did end up ordering room service the night of the hurricane because it was too dangerous to go out over the bridges. We ordered 5 steak burgers, which came with fries, and delivered to our room door for $114, which included tax and tip. We thought that was very reasonable, and our kids felt safe and snuggled in eating their delicious dinner and watching a movie. The shower was so nice, and the room was cleaned every morning, they even cleaned around our cat! My son really loved the gym and the pool. All staff were very kind to us walking around looking like hobos in our pajamas! They stock the pantry on each level with fruit, muffins, and cookies at different times, so that was very exciting for the kids! Overall, really great experience. They made us feel so comfortable when we were feeling scared and stressed about our home and friends on the other side of the state.

I was really surprised how small the rooms were for the price. That's probably the only negative aspect of our trip. We made do with what we had, and were grateful to have such a nice place to run to in the night!

The hotel is a real gem, located ON the beach with grand view and clean swimming pools! Having stayed there once before, we kind of knew what to expect and booked a king room with ocean view. However, we got a corner room with a nice 2 side balcony - and that we had not expected. Very nice :) Everything is clean, the bed comfortable, walk in shower in the bathroom and the food they offer is great.

The staff in the reception might be a little lighter on their feet and put more effort in making you feel welcome.

The management went over and beyond expectations in the hospitality industry these days. They really made us feel like our enjoyment and satisfaction mattered to them. It was actually our 10 year anniversary and we were extremely pleased with everything from check in to late check out to forgetting some things to have them generously replaced by the resort with no cost to us. They really treated us wonderfully and we will definitely be coming back again and already started referring the resort to friends and family.

Some food and drink available after 11pm, even on a very limited basis as people travel from all over.

That it wasn't crowded at the pool or the beach and that we didn't even have to unpack our beach chairs because the resort provided them along with towels as well. Loved the nespresso machine in the room.

I personally didn't like the bed, although my wife did. I thought it was very uncomfortable. To stiff for me. The on-site restaurant is VERY overpriced. It cost $60 for my wife and I to get orange juice and 2 waffles, and that's ALL we got. We ate at a local restaurant twice and got full breakfast plates plus drinks for just a little more than what we did at the on-site restaurant eating just once

The food was great. The room was immaculate. And the staff was so friendly

Beautiful resort. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. I like that there's no carpet in the rooms. The spa is small but the services are amazing. The restaurant serves delicious food.

I'm not a fan of the pool layout. There's a small one and a larger one. It was too busy with people at the bar and restaurant overlooking. The good news is the beach is right there and I spent hours lounging on the beach because it was more private and relaxing.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa very much. It was our first time there and we very impressed and appreciative of the cleanliness, the wonderful service, setting and how very pleasant and willingness to help the staff was. Thank you for a wonderful experience. You made my wife's birthday trip extra special. The Resort is very beautiful, the pools and beach ⛱️ fantastic.Thank you all!

I like this place very much having been many times thruout the year. The only problem i have is with some of your polices similar to a burger king. When people are spending 40 for breakfast you accomodate them. You don’t cut them off for juice while they are eating especially if the server doesnt tell you . This goes to you MR Gm. Don’t belittle the quality of this wonderful resort by putting forward non customer service polices . Make your staff work. !
