We were on a four-day trip from Maryland to Florida and back. We stayed at three different hotels along the way, and this Tru by Hilton was definitely our favorite (by a wide margin). The facilities are new and modern, and the room was very nice. The room was slightly smaller than others we stayed in, but was very well thought out, functional, and extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating (one small issue with our room which they immediately rectified), and we loved the assortment of snacks and beverages (including beer and wine) available at the front desk. After a long day of driving a truck on 95, our stay was just what we needed - relaxing and comfortable. The main area can get a little hectic, especially at breakfast - the whole place kind of has the vibe of a millenial coworking space - but overall we really enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and loved everything about the hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and we especially appreciated having access to tea and coffee at all times—even during the night. It really made us feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Seth and Ginger, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We loved it so much that we came back on our way back from Miami and ended up staying twice in one week.

We stayed one night on the way back to Miami and it was nice. The king room is kind of small and there isn’t much space for more than one luggage, but the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and had a decent duvet on it for cozy sleep. There are boards by the elevators that give you advice on things to do and places to eat. It’s located across the street from a great Portuguese restaurant. Good parking!
Although I didn’t need it, the body wash attached to the wall was completely empty. The breakfast was not great. The room had no coffee/tea facility, only a mini fridge. They allow dogs in the room. The room across from ours had 2 large dogs in it and it stank when they came in and out of the elevators in into the hallway.

We had an unexpected stop for the night with our 2 dogs. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Staff was friendly and the lobby was very welcoming. Lots of seating and games available. The market area had lots of things to choose from and there was a very nice patio area in the back. Dog friendly.
Should have a bigger dog area.

Beautiful, minimalist, modern, very clean, coffee 24/7, gorgeous as always.
We were in the 4th floor. There’s a constant machine noise 24/7 coming from the bathroom and it’s not the A/C. We stayed for one night and it was ok, but if we had to stay longer it would have been extremely bothersome. Workaround with partial results was to keep the bathroom door closed.

Breakfast was fine, especially the fresh navel oranges. The variety of the eggs and sausages the two mornings I ate there was welcomed. 24 hour coffee is great to have. The room was big enough for me. Having a window that overlooked the marsh was the best, because of the large flock of sandhill cranes that populates the east-facing marsh, the birds home. I was mesmerized by the view and talked to other guests who felt the same.
Are we still talking about breakfast? I have nother bad to say about it, except I think the hotel goes a little over the top with its descriptions of what is actually pretty standard breakfast fare in hotels I've stayed inis , without the food and drink options that others provide. I'm thinking Marriott Springhill Suites, where we've stayed a lot over the years. My wife was not with me but cringed when I told her about the way the bathroom soaps and lotions are presented. She still has a healthy fear of COVID, as do I, and thinks having the tubular dispensers is an invitation to picking up the virus unless the housekeeping staff makes a special effort to sanitize them after every guest. I speculate that they do that, but she does not trust that is the case.

The location was good. There is alot of restaurants around the area.
There were no drawers to put clothes in and no coffee maker . The manager scared us by saying that our reservation had been cancelled. We checked in the night before with no problem but he came to the room thenext day. He never got back with us to explain what happened. We ad to find him and ask what happened. He said it was a computer problem.

I love how Quiet the hotel is at night. Everyone is respectful of the quiet hours. If you can I recommend staying in a room facing the back of the hotel as it offers a nicer view. The breakfast was decent.
The pillows could be better. I ended up with a bad neck after my stay here. Also, the TV was difficult to navigate .

I was happy the friendly staff granted my request for a 1st floor room near the side door for convenience of taking my 2 chihuahuas out to potty.
The body wash container and soap was empty and didn’t realize it until I was already in shower. not huge deal as hubby asked the maid service and they gave us some.
