I had a beautiful room and view right above the pool. I spent Tuesday through Sunday and was concerned about noise on the weekend with live bands. It was no problem at all!!! They literally shut down the noise at 11 and I couldn't have been more pleased! The staff was delightful and problem solved whenever necessary. The "Old Florida" rooms are totally functional and cute. I guess the only beef I had is no ironing board accompanied the iron in the room. The A/C worked well but don't forget to turn the fan on to "constant" so the noise of it shutting on and off doesn't keep you awake. I would definitely go back!

There was some confusion about pricing, and room rates. Was quoted different prices from different employees, but eventually that was straightened out. I wish there was a workout facility!

Great location and setting. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful - we love the cat family history too & relaxing on the deck outside the reception area. Dock bar is always fun and a great place to unwind. Was so nice to see the upgraded bathroom and shower stall - nicely done ! Caught the maintenance crew tending to deck repairs - Hat's off !

The rooms would benefit from a USB charging station or hub as AC outlets for chargers seem to be scarce and not in the most convenient location. Housekeeping ought to include a check of all room lights (rm 221; right side lamp wasn't working ; bad bulb ?).

Everything, Clean, comfortable, beautiful view, fresh towels All staff so friendly, music, food, Coffee available so nice! Mini refrigerator! Walks to Sanskrit park, wonderful

Nothing, Be awesome if it had a few units with small kitchen

The property is clean and conveniently located. Restaurants all within walking distance. Staff was super friendly. Rooms by the water were updated.

The a/c units are a little loud and do not cool off the entire room- the bathroom and dressing area were stuffy.

Water view was phenomenal. Room itself was spacious and comfortable. The food and live band entertainment were fantastic.

Our room was at the very end of the resort however it provided more privacy. No outside food or beverages allowed at the pool area.

Everything is there ... marina, restaurant (excellent food), bar, ship store, etc.

Music at the bar was very loud until 11 pm. After a long day out on the water, I wanted to go to bed early, but the loud music kept me up.

The parking garage protected our truck from the rain and heat. The view from the deck was excellent and the closeness to family and town made it very convenient!

We missed not getting breakfast during the week. A microwave in the room would have been helpful.

No place to get breakfast. Coffee wasn’t ready and only food was premade cold breakfast sandwiches

Room a little dated and we had noise from next door neighbor on the balcony at night. He did quieten down when we asked.

This place was so nice. The room was so nice and clean with a balcony. Pet friendly!! Lots of parking. The tiki bar had entertainment and great food. The waitress was so friendly.
