This hotel is located right off I95, which is very convenient. It's close to the harbor and attractions. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with almost all the breakfast items you could want.

We experienced a problem with the person in the next room who left their TV on loud all night. We spoke to the desk clerk in the morning who handled the issue for us. It was nice and quiet for the rest of our stay.

Breakfast was free so that was good. The facility was very nice and clean. Someone, before me, had been smoking in my non smoking room but that was not a problem for me but I did note it to the desk clerk before I left so I would not be blamed.

Desk clerks could have been better at communications.

Staff was nice, location and clean hotel.

They cater to sports teams who wipe out the breakfast area and run around all night/morning slamming doors. Staff should stop this behavior and have more breakfast for regular guests.

The breakfast spread was really good. The pool was nice and the location made it easy to get places.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise(you could hear when people were walking in the hallway) and the fact that the light from the hallway c through pretty bright under the door.

The breakfast was excellent with above par choices like sausage, bacon, scrambled or boiled eggs, coffee, tea including herbal tea, waffles with fruit topping and whip cream or chocolate, cereal, muffins, bagels, pastry.....a lot of choices. Hot and plentiful with good service staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower. Although a sketch part of town, I felt safe and dedicated security was evident. A great stay.

Strong odor of medical marijuana in MY ROOM emanating from somewhere else. Woke me up choking in the middle of the night. This is not the hotel's fault as they cannot control the use of legal medical marijuana in their hotels? Although it is a NON-SMOKING of any kind hotel. That was the only issue we experienced.

Super comfortable bedsheets and bed very nice room, coffee good, shower hot, AC cold.

Being picky, wasn’t their fault but the light at the corner had a lot of construction going on. Took quite a while just to get out of the building to the other side of the street to get dinner.

Near the beach. Very good breakfast.

One of the receptionists was always with a not-so-friendly face. She did not treat me well simply because I did not understand her explanation when she told me why she could not give me more pool towels. However, the other receptionists were always smiling and kind.

Slept great...breakfast was good

Checked in at 9pm, receptionist was ok..not real friendly. The door to our room was hard to open....beds were comfortable but the carpet and bathroom need updating.

nice selection but all the food was cold

The restroom on the first floor was kept locked so guests who may emergently need the facility in a hurry had no access.

The bed was comfortable

They were actually watering the area in front of the door. My sister fell, and now she is in pain.
