We felt very safe in the area and it was accessible to everything we needed. The guests seemed to all be young families and people traveling on business which was comforting to us. The pool and garden were great! The breakfast options were above the standard hotel breakfast. The suite was much larger than we thought and was a great surprise. The bed was very comfortable and I was glad to be able to control the fan and temperature in the room. Enjoyed the toiletries in the bathroom, plenty of towels and there was plenty of storage throughout the room. The staff was all incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was good.

The hotel was very clean, but the couch and chair in the room looked like the could use a steam clean!

I like the location, cleanliness, the staff is very friendly and very helpful, that breakfast is included. Nice clean pool area although I was there off season so I didn't use it. The garden in the back looks lovely and tranquil with some fountains and tables with the umbrellas. Very cute and inviting area to chill.

I didn't like that on my last night some guests were very loud in the hallway until 2:30 am. It looked like they were intoxicated and visited some rooms back and forth so the doors were slammed a number of times and they talked real loud in the hallway. I stayed for 8 nights and that was my last one so I decided not to complain to the hotel management as I was leaving the following morning.

Breakfast is has meet as standard. The hotel provide 1 meat menu in each day and the menu is changed everyday which is good. BTW I prefer more meat :) The lady who prepare breakfast is helpful and serve us well. Hotel is in quite place but secure. Large and free parking. Bed is large and so comfortable. When you close all curtain, the room is dark which is good for sleep. There is a small gym and swimming pool. Not expensive when compare to other hotels nearby.

Location of the hotel is in center, but it does not close to anything. Like if you want to go to the beach, restaurant, shopping, you need a car.

Breakfast was good. Got kind of old for the time we were there. Loved the coffee! Staff was very nice. Shoutout to Sharon at the front desk am. She helped me check into my room in the am!! Loved this. Saw her all week and was very friendly and made sure everything was good for me. Shout out to Matt front desk pm. Helpers check in when we arrived! Friendly and helpful! Room was cleaned when we arrived and spacious for 4 of us!! Would stay again and was in a perfect location for us!

At breakfast three managers held their meeting in the breakfast room in front of guests. They were talking very loudly. It was very inappropriate to discuss the company’s business and make negative comments about the competitors in front of guests. At the end of breakfast the cleaning lady asked us to move tables 3 times so they could mop. Guests should not have to accommodate the help!!!

Everything! This property was beautiful. Checking in was a breeze we received excellent customer service with Matthew A. and it was exceptionally clean and maintained! They offered a great breakfast and beautiful grounds. The room was very modern and extremely clean and spacious! Rich the manager even called to see how our stay was before leaving which was extremely nice! Will definitely be back!

The staff was exceptional - everyone!- front desk, housekeeping, the staff stocking the breakfast food - every single person there was friendly, helpful, positive attitude!! I was completely impressed! The hotel was clean, at night it was quiet (and I even stayed on a holiday weekend!) the room was excellent, the pool/lounge area was clean and beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh! I have traveled a lot - within the US and overseas - and I can honestly say I have never stayed at a hotel that was this excellent overall! 10 stars!!

The room was super spacious and very clean. I had zero issues with the room it was spotless. The facility was pretty the pool was pretty but I would’ve preferred it was more private.

The breakfast could’ve been way better. Barely any options and they don’t refill the breakfast.

I liked the cleanliness of my room. I was able to smell the clean as I walked in. There were plenty of towels. The bed was clean & comfortable.

I had a room next to the elevator. That being said, I was not disturbed by any noise the elevator may have made. The food at breakfast was an average serve yourself breakfast. It would have been nice to have Dark Roast coffee.

The breakfast was very good and The staff member in charge of breakfast was OnPoint. She was cleaning constantly refilling everything was very pleasant smiled talked with the guests and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. I liked everything about this place from location to the cleanliness and the friendly staff.
