Great value and the type of stay we can expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Great location, near the beach. The rooms had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice pool.

I was surprised there were no accessible rooms (my son uses a wheelchair). My understanding is that it is mandatory by law. And I've always been able to book an accessible room at other Holiday Inns. But the staff did their best to accommodate us on the first floor near the entrance gate.

Breakfast was the same daily. (Wish they would fix the pancake machine) Made sandwiches at breakfast for later in the day. Perfect A/C in the room. TV channels were great. Was able to watch Paris Olympics on 3 different channels. Ice machine at end of hall. Also fresh water machine at same location eliminating need for water bottles. Coffee was available throughout the day. Hotel was 1.5 blocks from beach. Hotel had complimentary beach chairs and umbrella to check out. Microwave and refrigerator in room plus Keurig coffee maker. Restaurants 2 minute walk away. Lots of families at this hotel!!

Distance from Miami Beach. But we chose this place as virtually all hotels in Miami Beach charge a resort fee and parking. We saved a minimum of $50 daily using this hotel

The layout of the hotel is nice! The room was very clean and smelled wonderful as soon as we opened the door!! I wish I had that scent for my home. Not perfumey, just fresh!! The breakfast was decent and they have several things to choose from. Even grab and go items if you don’t want a regular breakfast. We didn’t get a chance to try out the pool, but it looked amazing. We also didn’t get to go to the beach that is close by. They offer free rentals of chairs and umbrellas. I definitely would stay here again!

The shrubs need pruning around the sidewalks. And the sausage at breakfast was kinda hard.

Loved the short walk to the beach and the access to beach chairs, that was such an added bonus when you travel by plane! The breakfast was great, and the fresh ground coffee was amazing!

The only thing I can think of that I didn't like would be the bathroom doors they are sliding barn doors so they don't really close all the way. It lacks a little privacy, but not a deal breaker for booking again.

It was nice well manicured clean, and the location was good

Well, we had a guest stay in the same room and they snored loudly. I am a heart patient and I just kept waking up during the middle of the night about 5 or 6 times with my heart racing. I asked the front desk if they had anything available and this was about 3 o’clock in the morning, she said they had one room for $179. I think that was crazy price to pay for six hours of sleep to accommodate a guest.

Low key beach access, not crowded during wet season. The dates of my stay changed twice and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

As always with hotels, cheap polyester bedding. In the Florida climate this led to absolutely sweat soaked sheets for me. I wish hotels would use fabric that breathes well.

Nice breakfast. Super close to the beach, wonderful location near nice places for coffee and food. Nice clean pool. Clean place all around. Loved the space in the 1 bedroom king suite including a large balcony. Close to the Loggerhead Turtle research facility, and Juno Beach Pier.

The fold out couch was not comfortable even for small kids. We asked for a blanket or something to make it softer for night 2, but that was not an option. We got by but would bring sleeping pads if we return here (and we would).

They did allow us to check out a little later so that was very nice of them.

I booked an ocean view room balcony and the room was as expected but there was no ocean view. It was a couple of blocks from the beach but I definitely couldn't see any water from my room which was very disappointing.

The location was great and the breakfast also was very good. The pool was very nice and plenty of sunbeds available. It was also great to be able to rent free of charge the chairs/umbrellas/towels for the beach. The beach was very close and easily reachable. Great laundry facility with fast machines and detergent available to purchase at reception which was really convenient. The room and bathroom were lovely and we were in the new building so it was all very up to date and comfortable. The room and bathroom were very spacious.

The breakfast was only on till 10 on weekends and 9.30 weekdays. While people were still eating the food was taken away and guests were upset and didn't finish eating yet. It should be left out until at least what was put out on the tables already could be finished as it can't even be reheated. Everything was cleared at 9.30 on the dot which every guest was shocked about and many left hungry. Also more shade should be provided at the pool as there are only 4 umbrellas on the tables in the corners and they were always occupied so I couldn't get shade at all by the pool for my 2 small children so we couldn't use the pool really during the day in hot hours.

Beds fantastic. Bathroom spotless. Very quiet. Staff professional and quick to help very nice.................The one thing I wish they had was more channels on the TV. Everything was great. Will continue to stay here......Thank you staff at Holiday Inn in Juno Beach...Lisa K
