The room had a musky smell. The maintenance people should attend to the pool area more often!

Always a good location and staff is always courteous

Was not informed at checking that parking was 15 dollars a day. Newly implemented policy was not on the website and the front desk did not state the fact of paid parking just a tag for vehicle identification.

Hotel was very clean and located in a good area to get to places

They didn't leave extra blanket or pillow for pull out bed and had to get extra towels and wash clothes only had enough for 2 guests. When sign up through booking it said breakfast was included but I got message saying breakfast was $18 for each person in my room so, we didn't eat at hotel for breakfast.

The staff was welcoming and the one concern that I had the staff immediately tried to accommodate me for the issue. I’d stay at this hotel again due to fact that the staff was exceptional! All were great !

My room was clean and kept clean daily... Hotel itself was clean and had a great location for us. The staff was perfect.

Excellent! Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Very helpful and kind customer service! Nice pool and hot tub. Great location with CVS within walking distance through parking lot. Supermarket right across street. Convenient shuttle service to and from airport. Bonus Hilton rewards room in lobby with drinks, snacks, and fruit.

the location of hotel is great a mall with many restaurants within walking distance cvs nearby open 24 hours loved the terrace overlooking the pool very nice room size all and all very comfertable

I think breakfast was amazing. The amenities were amazing. The balcony was amazing. Everything about the room was amazing.

It was a little pricey, but other than that, everything was perfect

Breakfast was good, but what it made it better was your EXCELLENT Staff...both Marsha and Bob couldn't be better and they are the main reasons we'll be happy to stay there again! The young lady that cleaned our room was just lovely and the room sparkled each day, when she was finished..

The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for emergency repairs. I'm sorry, there was nothing else to find fault with.

Location and Breakfast was great. Robert at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We had a sick family member in one of our rooms.

In the room with the roll in shower the drainage was very poor. We had to put towels on the floor to soak up all the water! And then ask for more towels. It was not good for someone with mobility issues to deal with a flooded bathroom. She could have fallen in that bathroom. I was there to help clean it up for her thank goodness.
