Location is perfect, near everything but still on a quiet road away from main roads. Like the setup in room w table and rolling chairs, and nice size closets and actual kitchen cabinets!

Breakfast very plain..muffin brand not good at all. Coffee too light, need a bold option or button on machine. Switching Breakfast items from day to day would help..maybe some bananas or apples,oranges and different brand of muffin. Loved having the rolling chairs for seating- but the chairs themselves were not comfortable ones.

Sarah and Vanessa was very nice always helpful great customer service everything was nice only thing is The guest above me was always stomping thru out the night and there wasn't any kids up there but overall the stay is nice. Property is well kept. My daughter and I are here until our place is finish although it gets very expensive wasn't planning on staying this long but we're here until place is finish. Would be nice if we can get the 55 and over discount lol.

Everything is nice no complaints.

I liked that the room was very spacious. That there were ample amounts of seating so that I didn't have to sit on the bed the whole duration of my stay. I also appreciated the full size refrigerator and stove in the room.

The smell of smoke from cigarettes in the hallways.

The young who checked me in I didn't get her name but she's very friendly and very polite. I work in a hilton hotel and customer service is very important to me and yhe young have great customer service.

Not having to walk your trash to the dumpster.

The property was convenient for my wife to get to from off of 95

The only thing that I did not like was our toilet was leaking, but they did fix the problem and switched us to another room

I like where it’s located, the kitchen, the beds are comfortable and most of the staff is very helpful.

One staff member is awful. I did clean my own room When I arrived, there was a little layer of dirt. But it wasn’t dirty.

Roaches, staff not too courteous, I was booked on the 04/22/23, when I went the lady told me that they were sold out, I need the money for that day back. I had to go to courtyard next door.

I liked the features and the items that were available such as coffee maker, plates, and silverware

I liked the rooms which were most like an apartment than any other ESA, I've visited. I expressed the same compliment to the front desk staff.

Nothing quite enjoyable..stay.

Very large room. It was very clean and in a nice location.

The hallway smelled like weed. The lady at check-i. Was not very pleasant, but she checked us I quickly.
