Nice clean rooms with two queen beds, a sofa bed and a separate sink in the kitchenette. I liked the comfort and design of the rooms. Also very friendly staff, Astrid the manager, Joseph, London and Gabriel and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was scrambled egg and one or two changing items including sausage, Bacon, and special pies. Also oatmeal was always there even until the last minute. Overall a very nice hotel. Will for sure stay there again if I visit the area next year.

The comfort and suite style was ideal. The rooms are spacious and allow you an opportunity to spread out if desired.

When we checked in, maintenance was in our room. They were caulking the tub. If the room needed some repairs we should have been given a different room. The employee was extremely polite and kind. He also had to repair the television. We wanted to check in, shower and rest before our plans. We had traveled 4 hours and simply wanted to relax immediately. Again, the hotel employee was pleasant and was not an issue. It was slightly inconvenient to have someone in the room trying to complete repairs after we had checked in.

Love the cleanliness. The amenities and pool hours were perfect. Breakfast was also great. Management addressed any concerns we had. There was a gentleman who came to our room a few times to assist us. I'm not sure if he was maintenance or part of housekeeping, but he was always doing something. Very proactive. Our phone didn't work when we first checked in, and he came and fixed the problem. When housekeeping left without cleaning our room. He was there to clean our room, bring us towels, take our trash. I wish I knew his name, but he was the highlight of our stay. We stayed in room 301 July 9-12th. I hope he is part of the management team or heading in that direction because his people skills are definitely there.

The cleaning staff was asked to clean the room and the one particular staff I spoke to had me write on a notepad what I needed with room number and when we returned the room w as not cleaned, bed was not bed, all three trash cans were sitting by the door where we had put them and our dirty towels were still in a pile.

The beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast (aside from lack of fruit) was varied - there was lovely yogurts, scrambled eggs, omelette, bagels, waffles etc. Breakfast also served early on weekdays (from 6.30 am) which suited us.

The room was worn and not quite as slick as photos. The photos also show plenty of fruit for breakfast. In reality there were only some apples wrapped in cling firm which did not taste great.

Odette worked as the over night representative. She was amazing. She was kind , helpful and efficient. She is a true gem in a rough world and a beautiful light.

London at the front desk was not very kind to the guests I had booked for their honeymoon. My guests were asked to pay without consideration. I had filled out all the credit card authorizations that Hussian sent me. I didn't like to hear they had an uncomfortable and inconvenience while checking out.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They went above and beyond. I had some packages sent to the hotel before I arrived and they took great care to keep them in a locked closet for me until I arrived. They also wrote a kind note to my son who was about to move into the dorm at a nearby college, wishing him good-luck along with a bag of candy! Who does that?! I was so impressed that they spoke so kindly to everyone who passed the front desk. Also, another note: the breakfast was great! Hot food, plenty of options, waffle maker.

The location of this hotel is in a cluster of hotels off of I-95. It was a couple exits down from any kind of shopping. Far from the downtown. It felt safe because of the cluster of hotels, but right down the street is a Walmart with boarded up windows. There is literally nothing else around. No options for food, etc.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, always attentive and friendly. The room was big and comfortable with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast every morning, which had a great variety of fresh options.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. AGM wad very helpful. Had to cut visit short due to family emergency. Loved the flexibility he gave in extending checkout longer than what was usually allowed.

Checkin was the ONLY issue. Apparently Booking.com didn’t transmit reservation so they had no idea I arriving. Night auditor tried everything to get proper reservation information before setting new reservation and adjusting rate.

Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and nice,

The breakfast ends a bit too early (9:30 on weekdays). Coffee at breakfast wasn't very good and I was disappointed that there were none of the egg white and spinach ?frittatas on the second morning, since I enjoyed them so much the first morning.

The size and arrangement of the room was nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Accommodations fit my needs very well. Breakfast was nice.

It took me a while to figure out how the master light switch worked - actually I never did master it - and I kept trying to change the settings on the air conditioner (too cold) until I finally spotted the thermostat. Maybe a little card of printed info about these things would be helpful for us low tech guests?
