It is convenient near Walmart n Wawa n a car rental place!

The tv was messed in the picture and hot water went out the time before last night I was there two days n didn’t get no discount even after complaining the second day thinking the first day was just a fluke, with the hot water. Came back snd told them about my previous stay and the ac was no good n they gave me a fan to put in my room. Not cool - just dealt with it n won’t ever go back

It was perfect got a smoking room which is really hard to find the stuff was amazing and they gave us everything that we needed that we didn't already have in our room and I like how it's gated in and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel whenever I come to West Palm Beach

Everyone was friendly and helpful

I prepaid $911.00 for the rooms for me and my friend. When we got there we ended up paying again. I called them when I got back home and they said they would send me back my extra payment. I never did get it. Also we left a day early and I didn't get that refund either. I will not recommend staying at this motel. I believe I have a minimum of $449.00 coming.

Location of room. Ease of getting in and out of property. Staff was very accommodating and super nice.

Low water pressure. Had reserved for a tub, only got a shower. No extras. Very basic room.
