The gym and wellness facilities were superb and spotless! The hotel felt new so everywhere was very clean. The staff were always very friendly throughout.

Given its newness, there were things not quite ready - a wine list in the restaurant, the coffee shop shutting at 2pm, etc. It also felt very pricy for Riveria Beach.

Location was excellent right on the beach, beautiful hotel and decor, quality of fittings etc

The staff need more training especially customer service, staff standing/ sitting around on their phones, bar staff don’t know information and seem to have little or no experience.

Hotel facilities are good, clean & modern. The location by the beach is optimal and very quiet. the rooms are very nice and comfortable.

This is hardly a resort. Beyond the beach, pools, there is hardly any service. the options to eat & drink between 2 and 5 pm are extremely limited

Staff looked inexperienced - everything took a lot of time. Like copy of a key - 10min! Or checking in 10min. Just not a good flow in the service Plus location is not great

The property was disgusting, the toilet in my room was not properly cleaned when I first entered the room after checking in. There was also a used tissues left on the bathroom counter….the paint in the bathroom was chipping in some areas and there were dirt stains all over the floor in the room. For a “5 star hotel” this is extremely unacceptable and I will never stay at this property again. The only saving grace was the staff was very nice and polite but housekeeping is clearly lazy, I’m not sure if they have someone double check the rooms before a guest enters but they need to start.

The property is located next to the beach, offering great views and easy beach access. From afar, it might give you a “WOW” reaction at first glance, but the moment you take a closer look, the entire illusion falls apart. This hotel may look great from a distance, but I can assure you it is NOT worth the money. Yes, it’s a one-year-old building, and yes, it looks nice in pictures, but it is terribly managed and suffers from extremely poor build quality.

As soon as we entered the hotel, things immediately seemed off. Missing tiles, cracks, and holes in the marble design were visible everywhere, along with countless signs of sloppy workmanship. It was as if no proper inspection of the build quality had ever been conducted. Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. Upon entering our room, it was shockingly filthy, as if it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in weeks. Supposedly, the room had just been “cleaned” before our arrival, but that claim was hard to believe. When I stepped onto the terrace, I found cigarette butts and ash scattered on the floor, further evidence that cleaning was either neglected or nonexistent. To make matters worse, the staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and appeared entirely unfit for their roles. While the hotel may look impressive from a distance, I can confidently say it is NOT worth the money. Yes, it’s a one-year-old building, and yes, the pictures might seem promising, but the reality is far from it. The hotel is terribly managed, with shockingly poor build quality and a complete lack of attention to detail. Avoid it at all costs.
