Excellent location for our needs. Conveniently walkable to restaurants in stores and of course the beach.

This property has the same issue that we often find, no countertop space or hanging space in the bathroom. I realize this is a handicap equipped unit, but nevertheless, it would be nice to have some sort of shelf or countertop in the bathroom to put your toiletries on while you’re getting ready in there. I think that could’ve been accomplished without hindering access. Additionally, I am not a fan of the barn doors. It seems that they always have a malfunction and they also do not block out light or sound at all.

We returned to this property due to a great experience first time around. We like the location for diving in the vicinity so we will be back. We liked the washing machine and drier and the extra space. Thank you

I have no suggestions. Please fix the string on the outdoors umbrella; it was stuck and we were unable to close it when high winds were forecasted. More of an issue for the management than for us.

The room was perfect for what we needed it for. The comfort and cleanliness are our top priorities and this property owner nailed it! The bed was a non spring king matriss with thick pillows which was fantastic and everything was clean. The prices for the location and during the holiday could not be beaten. Next time we are in the area we will look to stay here again. Thank you!

Super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The villa was quiet and the studio was accommodating for our short stay. I liked the extra touches such as providing beach towels and a laundry basket to put the wet towels. Nicely equipped kitchen for making and storing meals.

The door to our room was tricky. I had to call the manager upon our arrival because the lock would not disengage. After a bit of phone tag he instructed me to push against the door before entering the code which then disengaged it. Not too big of a deal but certainly not a good first impression.

Had everything we needed. clean, well located, nice courtyard and small back patio.

Communication could have been better. An email late on arrival day that lands in Junk Mail just doesn’t cut it. I didn’t find it until AFTER arrival and had no clue what to do. my husband just happened to find the owner on-site and he was not very friendly. We were 30 minutes early for his required check-in time (which I had never seen before the late,lost email) and were summarily dismissed. He seemed mad and was somewhat rude. A couple we met there said they had a similar experience—no info and a rude reception—and this was all over the phone. may have the wrong personality for the HOSPITALITY business.

I loved the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Overall the place was great. If there was anything I would have changed/preferred it would have been more counter space in the bathroom and possible a luggage rack to allow for more room. The dresser was not quite big enough for both of our stuff.

Convenient location. The patio section is very welcoming and very spacious.

The pool is very small and not centrally located.

I love Atlantic Shores Villas. I have been there a number of times. Each time is perfect. Love the room, kitchen, etc. Love the location....walk to the beach, restaurants nearby (all in walking distance).

Prior to staying here I had stayed at 2 other places that were definitely rated wrong by all of the rental websites. The 1st one was disgusting, had roaches, and the management himself told us that it was full of drug users and problems people, after we paid our money of course. I had to buy cleaners to make the shower even half usable, and wore shoes in it! The 2nd was Holiday Inn Express, they failed to mention it was under renovation. $500 later I will never Ren there again. I haven't had to lift a finger here, I s Gorgeous, and I extended my stay 3 more nights.

Absolutely Nothing about the property. Just hope I can maybe find some discounts if the prices stay so high, but in 2022 everywhere is expensive.

Loved everything! The patio area was relaxing and quaint. Bed was comfy and had full size appliances.

The bathroom shower could definitely use a handicap bar. The shower was slippery . And the sink was just a sink. No room for toothbrush or anything. And wish they had keys or cards. We couldn’t get our code to work on the door lock.
