From the minute I pulled in, I felt relaxed and welcome. Karen and Rich were wonderful and made sure I was well acquainted with the resort and felt safe as a solo traveler. The ocean facing apartment was perfect. The grounds are very inviting and well kept. The location is beachfront and close to dining. Even the other guests were so friendly. I couldn’t ask for more. I loved Singer Island and I loved Sand Dune Shores!

LOVED that there was a second half bath. No waiting for a bathroom. Very clean. It's more like staying in a condo - think timeshare or air bnb - than a hotel chain resort thing. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner, I think there was a body soap dispenser but I don't recall shampoo and conditioner being provided. There is a washer dryer on site.

The staff were so nice, this place is clean, and very quiet

The only negative I have to say it that my A/C kept freezing up which made it hard for me to sleep because my room usually stayed around 75-80. I kept the AC on 72 and auto like the instructions said but it just kept freezing up.

The location was perfect to Beach or restaurant all within just steps. Wonderful roof top sitting area. Kitchens in room. Rich at reception gave us tour and amenities and gave us all the local information of what to do and not yo do.

Location was perfect. The facilities had everything you could want, although the weather was uncooperative, everything looked good. The unit was well supplied and the bed was comfortable.

This place is a diamond in the ruff. We had an ocean front room on the 2nd floor (top floor) and it was completely remodeled with all new appliances and spacious for us. It consisted of a kitchenette, dinning room and living room with a pull our sofa. The kitchen had a rang with oven, microwave hood , toaster, blender, coffee maker and dish washer. A full bathroom with tub/shower and a huge bedroom with a king size bed and wall to wall closet. My girlfriend was happy she didn't have to pack her hair dryer and there was a new cloth iron as well. We also had a beautiful view of the ocean and the landscaping was absolutely marvelous. The path to the beach was only about 100 feet so you could always hear the ocean waves from the porch. Plus there were two deck chairs just outside our room where we spend some time in the morning watching the sun rise. It was breath taking. And best of all, the management were wonderful people and they were always quick to answer any questions and suggest places to visit during our stay. We didn't even have to rent a car because everything we needed was within 1/2 mile from the resort. This place is small enough to be cozy but large enough to have all the higher end amenities. We also made friends with people who have been coming here for over 20 years. And we will definitely be returning. May-be sooner than next year.

There was only one thing that could have been better. The air conditioning condenser was mounted directly above our bedroom (on the roof) along with 3 others, totaling 4 units. And when any one of them fired up we could hear it clearly which caused us to have some sleepless night. We did discuss this with Rich, the manager, and he got a service contractor on it right away. We eventually got used to the noise or we were just exhausted from the hours we spend in the sun on the beach. Regardless, this would not stop us from returning again.

This place was great!!! The staff was very friendly!!! It was very clean and well maintained!!!

The parking lot was tricky to get out of, but not that bad.

Staff and other guests were very welcoming and polite.

Air conditioner was acting up in our unit but staff was more than willing to switch rooms and get someone to look at it.

Cozy with all the amenities and on the beach. Decor is lovely. Property is beautiful and kept immaculate. Rooftop view is lovely.

Nothing. Can’t wait to go back.
