Exceptional Location! Walk for the Beach ! Walk to the Bar or Restaurant! Everything is super close but not on top each other ! Truly a paradise island ! The hotel has heated pool and Hot Tub which was clean and open ! Bike rental is at the Hotel !! Christmas caroling with cookies and hot cocoa ! Our room was huge with a small kitchen!I real did love this place! We had a balcony… we did have to pay $40 for parking! But the valet service come with the Paros we actually enjoy that service the entire trip, it was fun acting like high maintenance people who need to be pampered let the car get parked and then brought to the front of the Hotel Like Mick Jagger and J low !! Btw the Manitee park and Sea turtle museums are both less than 20min car ride away !!

I love going out on the beach and sitting with two chairs in an umbrella and the girl there, Jennifer, was very sweet.

It was too cold in my apartment and I wanted to be able to put the heater on and couldn’t do it

Nice facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice beach location. I ordered lunch poolside and was very pleased with the food. I thought it was very nice having live music poolside.

There weren't toiletries in the room. The housekeeping staff gave us shampoo and conditioner when we asked. I wish there had been umbrellas poolside. I thought the hotel was nice . I think if you updated all of the flooring it would give the hotel a more modern, updated feel. I thought the furnishings, wallcolors, etc were nice, but the spanish tile made the place look dated. I wish there was a casual coffee shop to grab a cup of coffee in the mroning or sit and have a pick up type breakfast or lunch.

Very nice stay! 1st time for me at this property. Room was spotless and unlike others in the area, it had a cooktop and was fully stocked with kitchenware, plates, containers, and silverware. I really enjoyed the "old time" resort / club feel, with porters, valet parking available, beach chair & umbrella service, and onsite restaurant/bar/bands and activities. Had groceries delivered from Instacart - and the hotel even provided storage for my luggage after checkout, as I had an evening flight! I am already making plans to return next year!!!

Location is amazing. Beach is gorgeous. Room was big, plenty of storage, every amenity you would need. Staff was beyond exceptional (especially Christine at the Tiki Bar restaurant! She went above and beyond!). It would be nice if it was a tad cheaper, but it checks every box you could want on a vacation to Palm Beach! We originally wanted ocean view, but purchased island view (mix up on our end). The balcony view was still beautiful and we were surprised with a gorgeous fireworks show on our first night (that we wouldn’t have had if we had the ocean view room).

Check in was a bit chaotic, but the very nice bellhop explained that that day of the week (Saturday) tends to be super busy.

The ocean water is beautiful! Location of resort is excellent! Restaurants are walkable! Singer Island is by far one of my favorite places to vacation! Resort is clean and kept up very nicely!

The resort could stand to have some updates. One thing in particular that I can think of would be new mattresses that are of a better quality! Beds weren't the worst I have ever experienced, but they certainly weren't the best either.

Location was great , stay clear of the time share sakes staff . After we told them we were not interested they had a horrible attitude and we were met with eye rolls , not everyone has the budget to afford another bill . Vacation village doesn’t care. The facility needs some upgrades but can’t beat the location.

Pool , beach , staff was good

private beach, clean and complete pool with bar, property security person always on the look out, did not get his name but older gentleman looks like he used to be in the force, police or Armed, staff always cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, etc keeping all areas clean. door man courteous, valet parking looking alive and Ready to assist anyone arriving. front desk nice with excellent attitude.

still no continental breakfast. our 3rd stay here. and would be nice for some of us to be able and eat a little bagels, snacks coffee etc.

The room we had was very nice & roomy. The balcony view of the canal was nice & we loved hearing the live music coming from the plaza located beside the resort. The Islander restaurant had great food at very reasonable prices, the pool area was really nice & the staff made it fun with the games & activities for everyone. All in all, we loved the resort & our stay. The location of the resort was excellent & we had several different restaurants to walk to in a short distance, which was nice for us since we didn't have a car. We will stay here again for sure!

Need to put up exact pool hours. It says dawn to dusk. Sunrise was at 6:30 and we went to the pool at 7:30am and was told to leave because they were still cleaning the lounge areas around the pool. At 7:30 the sun had been out for a while so no reason for pool to still be closed. Put up exact hours would be much easier for all.
