We enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, which made our experience even better. The room was decent, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were fine, just regular, but we especially liked having a coffee machine in the room. One thing we really appreciated was the daily housekeeping—it was done very thoroughly, which was a nice touch. It was also great that the hotel had parking, which made things much more convenient for us. Another bonus was that coffee and drinks were always available in the lobby. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around.

The main downside was the breakfast—it was very repetitive and lacked vegetables, which was disappointing. Another issue was the sofa bed; the mattress could have been more comfortable. We also hoped to take a swim in the pool, but in mid-March, the water was too cold to enjoy. It would have been nice if it was heated or at least a little warmer.

I thought the location was very nice. The management staff was exceptional, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. The manager Frank went out of his way to make sure that we were Fully accommodated. The night staff Bentley, and the other young man was Amazing. The breakfast was hot and good and was ready before it was time to go to the port.

Everything was very good. There was Nothing that I didn’t like I Loved Everything .The breakfast was hot and ready. I liked the choices of the breakfast that was given and was ready and available.I loved the fact that it was plenty and a lot of different choice.

The breakfast offered a good variety and was freshly cooked and kept warm sufficiently. I appreciated the choice of cereals. Bananas and tangerines were tasty.

The breakfast was overall good, but I thought you could offer a little more variety. I would have appreciated a mixed fruit salad, offering local fresh fruit, as a daily option. And some of the cartons of fat-free milk had spoiled while we were there, and we had to test each one before consuming.

The staff was courteous and good listeners. The hotel in general and the room was spotless!! Breakfast was good!! We felt safe and secured in the hotel, enough parking space!!!! There were NO PET!! around thank God!!! As pets on carpets leave millions of germs, I'm glad I didn't see any pets in the dinning area, and I hope they don't allow pets in the dining/breakfast area because they are really unsanitary. I respect the owners want to be lick by their pets, etc etc, but its not respectful to others who had traumatic experiences with domestic pets.

Nothing really, I'm very pleased.

The hotel was always sparkling clean. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast items were well displayed and labeled. The eating area was always clean. The General Manager Michelle Coleus and her team were always ready to answer our questions and assist in every way possible, which made our stay a very happy and unforgettable one.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.

Staff especially nice. I locked myself out and was let back in afteer my ID was established Especially am a fan of the breakfast.

This doesn,t effect the rating, but we did not get the handicapped room as desired. The staff let us use a shower chair in a regular room. The tub instead of shower was inconvenient, but we got through it.

That it was clean and that they offer continental breakfast. Frantz the Manager was very nice to me and my fiancé when I told him a couple of people were making a lot of noise in the night and we didn’t get to sleep well he told us we could check out at 2pm instead of 11:00am I really appreciate his kindness, but we still had to leave early because we had work to go. Thanks again Frantz you’re a great Manager.

This hotel was really nice and the price was great! My boyfriend loved the free lemonade at the front desk. The free breakfast was way better than expected. Clean room, comfy bed, clean bathroom, blowdryer, small kurig in the room, a safe in the closet, couldn't ask for more.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great.

The door in the back was hard to open because it unlocks and locks very quickly. I am sure it is for safety reasons, but when you are opening the door with an arm full of stuff, it was very challenging.

Location. Our main reason to travel was to attend a concert at iThink Financial Amphitheater and the hotel is very near the location. Facilities are clean and comfortable.
