All of the above, the staff, breakfast, rooms, fast service, front desk. Whomever the General Manager is for this hotel should really be proud, your whole entire staff deserves a bonus or raise.. This hotel is definitely on my list of hotel to stay first when I come to WPB. When my family is happy I am happy.

The only concerns I had was at night a lot of people in the lobby extremely loud almost seems like a party. This was between 9-10pm at night . Kids were playing in the hall ways of the main entrance, not a good look soon as you enter. Social time is nice but it should be managed accordingly.

The room was amazing. And even though I was only there for a few days, it was worth it. It felt like a small apartment. Very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could be a little more diverse. Other than that, good food otherwise. The pool area isn't as inviting as it could be. Small area for enjoying the sun. I don't recall there being chairs to relax in. I wish there was a way to let rooms know when the cleaning crew would be cleaning the rooms. We waited and waited and left the room when we thought they would be there but they still weren't there after 2 hours. So we had to put the do not disturb sign up because we kept odd hours. They were also doing some sort of construction in the room next to is. We were trying to rest during the day so that didn't go too well. I wish they would've either planned ahead and put me in a different room or let is know. It only lasted about 2 or 3 hours, but still.

The hotel is very well located in the city and suited our needs. The rooms were very clean and well-organized. The room was very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious, and the kitchen was very organized with everything you needed to spend a few days. The hotel also has many areas, including a gym, a very spacious breakfast room, and a bar area if you want to spend a few hours. It also has a pool, which was very clean and beautiful. The water was very warm, so we had a great time enjoying it with the kids. We went as a family, and everything was to our liking.

The breakfast was a very good buffet, had a lot of variety, but they didn't have milk. So traveling as a family with some children. The only negative thing I found was that the breakfast didn't have milk included and as a family, with a child, that's necessary. So I couldn't give him that food, which I had to compensate for with orange juice. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast sufficient. The staff were lovely and helpful. I must mention LeKeya as she made my experience at the hotel go from a bad one to an excellent one.

When I initially arrived I was given the key to an already occupied room. I entered a room where people were staying! I immediately went down to reception and LeKeya could not have been more apologetic or helpful, she upgraded me to a suite which was fantastic. Huge, clean and with a comfortable bed.

The room was clean. The service crew was very nice about towels and any necessities we needed. There was a very nice young lady named Tamya that assisted us when we came in. She was awesome. Stan and Pedro were both great drivers for the Shuttle service we paid extra for.

There was a very rude maintenance man there when first entered. But Tamya took care of that situation. Also the team was closing up breakfast at 9:30 when it ends at 10am on Saturday. Quite a few guests came down at 945 and there was nothing left. And I think for guests the shuttle should be $25 not $35.

I love how the room come with a mini kitchen and is also equipped with everything you would need to get a meal done. I also liked how they have 24 hour security along with the police randomly check ins. The hotel is in a great location the outlet is down the road along with target, bjs, and many more stores. If you are traveling and is staying in the west palm beach area this hotel is a must try

From the moment I stepped into the lobby I knew it was going to be a great experience. Everything was so beautifully decorated and clean. Our 2Br suite was huge and very comfortable. I really have no complaints,will definitely stay again. I’ve never given any hotel a 10 rating but this place deserves it.

I felt a little uncomfortable not seeing more ppl like myself,couple of the guests gave my bf and I dirty looks.

We like the little lake in front of the property and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. I also made Christmas candy for my son and so the Kitchenette was perfect.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the showerhead. It was so high that I couldn’t reach it to turn the angle, the pressure was very low, and so it was hard to wash and rinse my hair.

We reserved a particular type of suite, and when we arrived and that was not available, the staff upgraded to another suite with the similar accessibility features. Really appreciated that accommodation at no extra charge. Also, the suite was very comfortable and clean, the beds were exceptionally so. Breakfast was also very good with a served buffet. Although they ran out of some hot items at a busy time, they replenished within a reasonable time. Facility overall is well appointed with high ceilings, wide hallways and quiet rooms.

Everything was spectacular. When we checked-in the male staff was very polite and helpful. The bathroom makeup vanity was my favourite and the bedroom studio suite was a good size and overall clean. Fridge was big and kitchen was nice. A great setup! The hotel is beautiful, gorgeous big water fountain outside, great location with parking and breakfast buffet the next morning. The price was good for the one night stay so I think I'd stay again in the future but will ask for a firm bed. Rating 4/5 ⭐

There were 2 beds in the room which was great. I slept on one and my husband slept on the other because of his snoring. However I didn't enjoy my bed. It sank down when I went to lay down so I had to sleep on the other side of the same bed to get comfortable and thankfully fell asleep. Maybe get a staff to flip the mattress from time to time so it doesn't happen. Lastly the female staff when we went to check-out wasn't friendly at all. She didn't greet us good morning or thanked us for our stay. Someone like that shouldn't be put at front desk. Besides these 2x points, we enjoyed our stay.
