The staff and facility was great. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. DeJon has a superb personality and very professional. Walking in the door and seeing his smile brighten up the stay. I notice that all guest staying during my visit looked forward to seeing him when they walked in the door.. He went far and beyond to make your visit the most comfortable and pleasant stay. Will always return here when I'm in town. Location is excellent to get to all destinations I need to go.

The bathroom in the hotel does need night lights for the late night visit. It would be safer if nightlight were installed. I did hit the wall and door frame a few times because it is so dark. No one wants to turn on the bright overhead lights in the middle of the night. Fix that situation.

Located close to the I95 and West Palm Beach airport, the hotel was easy to find. The staff were very welcoming. Both the room and bathroom were clean and very spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable. The buffet style breakfast offered a fair variety of items including self made waffles. The hotel overall appeared to be in good condition. There were signs of wear in some places it wasn’t tired looking.

I didn’t like the TV control, but that’s just a personal thing as I like what I’m used to. There were a few tiny bugs running about, but we expect that in Florida.

Accessible room was spacious and made.mobility within the room possible. The handicap parking spaces were right outside the door and near the room with a ramp. Hotel was very close to the airport. Missiana was very helpful at the front desk and went above and beyond.

Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not the quality I am used to at Hilton properties. Almost no fruit, no granola and a 4 slice toaster that wasn't big enough for the size of the bread. We opted 2 get breakfast elsewhere on day 2.

Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom tub was nice however the shower head was half way rusted. I did share this information with the front desk upon checkout. The maintenance personnel happen to be there as well and took the room number down. The proximity to our cruise was also convenient.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel after a long day of moving. We had to catch our plane, so it was perfect for us as we had to be up at the crack of dawn. The front desk staff was phenomenal and very helpful. The night attendant knew we were leaving early and offered to make us some breakfast the next morning if we wanted. When we go up the next morning, she was there with a smile!

Wish the prices of the snacks were lower.

Could have had better parking for handicap folks. Only just a couple at the door and then stuck further away. Maybe they should consider the one that is the furthest away be moved to across their entrance.

From the moment that we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk Shakira was pleasant and helpful. This is our second stay here and each time she made check-in a breeze. We also visited the restaurant in the Hilton next door, and Ashley and I can’t remember the other young lady’s name were very pleasant and accommodating. They all had a servant’s heart and very cheerful. Sean the cook did a great job in preparing my order of food. Clifford who works in the dining hall has such a great way with the guests and maintaining the dining area efficiently. 2 thumbs up for all!!

Liked the breakfast and everything other than my view

Our view was really bad: room 212... I knew it wouldn't be beachview or anything but the hvac and roof view was a bit drab... I'm sure I could have asked for a different room being as this was a handicap accessible room, but I didn't ask, just enjoyed my stay outdoors (great room for anyone handicap)

We paid extra for early arrival since we were getting off a ship in ft. Lauderdale. Got there at 10, told the room wouldn't be ready until after 1. Rode around, had lunch, got back at 1, room not ready but Jean at the desk came thru and gave us an upgrade to King Deluxe. Room was spacious and clean. Didn't have breakfast as we checked out at 5:30am to catch a plane. Besides our early check in not ready, everything was fine.

Honor early check ins. We paid for it. A cleaner pool would have been nice to go swimming

Comfortable. Wonderful woman at front desk. Appreciate the water station in the lobby. Good parking convenient

It needs a cosmetic uplift. Pretty worn but very clean. I came during the boat show and rates were ridiculously high.
