The staff and facility was great. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. DeJon has a superb personality and very professional. Walking in the door and seeing his smile brighten up the stay. I notice that all guest staying during my visit looked forward to seeing him when they walked in the door.. He went far and beyond to make your visit the most comfortable and pleasant stay. Will always return here when I'm in town. Location is excellent to get to all destinations I need to go.

The bathroom in the hotel does need night lights for the late night visit. It would be safer if nightlight were installed. I did hit the wall and door frame a few times because it is so dark. No one wants to turn on the bright overhead lights in the middle of the night. Fix that situation.

Located close to the I95 and West Palm Beach airport, the hotel was easy to find. The staff were very welcoming. Both the room and bathroom were clean and very spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable. The buffet style breakfast offered a fair variety of items including self made waffles. The hotel overall appeared to be in good condition. There were signs of wear in some places it wasn’t tired looking.

I didn’t like the TV control, but that’s just a personal thing as I like what I’m used to. There were a few tiny bugs running about, but we expect that in Florida.

Accessible room was spacious and made.mobility within the room possible. The handicap parking spaces were right outside the door and near the room with a ramp. Hotel was very close to the airport. Missiana was very helpful at the front desk and went above and beyond.

Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Breakfast was not the quality I am used to at Hilton properties. Almost no fruit, no granola and a 4 slice toaster that wasn't big enough for the size of the bread. We opted 2 get breakfast elsewhere on day 2.

Great location, rooms are very clean and front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating.

First room we got the AC was not working the maintenance man came up who was very rude and told us that it felt comfortable to him and to maybe turn off some lights (which were all LED) front desk attendant then came up and switched rooms for us to a room that actually got cool.

Rooms are nice and comfy. The breakfast is delicious and there is enough choice. Rooms are clean and the place is very welcoming. I would surely recommend and will stay here over and over again!

There is not enough security to the entrance of the hotel. This makes it easy for anyone to have access to the lobby and rooms. If you don't mind this the hotel is otherwise very nice.

Beautifully kept up room was huge compared to other rooms we have stayed in. Bathroom was nice and spacious, bed was so comfortable we had a king bed. Staff was super friendly, nice and so helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to any of our out of town friends or family.

Parking spots a little bigger would be perfect

Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom tub was nice however the shower head was half way rusted. I did share this information with the front desk upon checkout. The maintenance personnel happen to be there as well and took the room number down. The proximity to our cruise was also convenient.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

We stayed at this hotel after a long day of moving. We had to catch our plane, so it was perfect for us as we had to be up at the crack of dawn. The front desk staff was phenomenal and very helpful. The night attendant knew we were leaving early and offered to make us some breakfast the next morning if we wanted. When we go up the next morning, she was there with a smile!

Wish the prices of the snacks were lower.

Very close to the airport and close to the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center

Could have had better parking for handicap folks. Only just a couple at the door and then stuck further away. Maybe they should consider the one that is the furthest away be moved to across their entrance.

From the moment that we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk Shakira was pleasant and helpful. This is our second stay here and each time she made check-in a breeze. We also visited the restaurant in the Hilton next door, and Ashley and I can’t remember the other young lady’s name were very pleasant and accommodating. They all had a servant’s heart and very cheerful. Sean the cook did a great job in preparing my order of food. Clifford who works in the dining hall has such a great way with the guests and maintaining the dining area efficiently. 2 thumbs up for all!!
